Blessed Chelas,
The activity of Reverence within the Second Sphere represents a major impulse of Divine Love within the creative process. Why, then, is Reverence considered a primary attribute of the Second Sphere, rather than the Third?
As you contemplate the lessons given thus far, you will find that the seeds of Divine Love exist in every Sphere, representing the Omnipresence of the Heart of God within all activities of Divine Mind. There is no separation between the God-Father and the God-Mother, in either activity or consciousness. The process of manifestation of the Divine Idea requires the consistent nurturing of the God-Mother, acting upon the seed-atoms of Divine Energy, in order for the creative process to come to fruition.
The quality of Reverence can be likened to the open arms of a mother as her newborn child is placed within them. When a mother looks upon her newborn child, she recognizes and accepts the unlimited potential of the new life which has been placed within her care. With the strength of her Love, the mother invests the child with the power to achieve the perfection of his Divine Plan. The mother neither sees nor accepts the existence of any limitation upon the child's potential, nor upon the child's ability to achieve that potential.
As the Ray of Precipitation refracts the substance of Divine Supply into unlimited opportunities for expression, the Ray of Reverence recognizes and accepts the perfection of each of those opportunities. Reverence is the worship of Divine potential within all life. It recognizes, accepts and sustains the ability of Divine Mind to act through all substance, all circumstance, and all freewill choice, to attain the perfection of the Divine Idea.
As the life substance of the Divine Idea moves through the Ray of Precipitation, Reverence holds the Immaculate Concept for each opportunity of expression. While acknowledging the inviolability of the free-will choice of all conscious life, Reverence also recognizes the absolute authority of Divine Will, and its ability to manifest through all avenues of expression.
The importance of Reverence to the precipitating activity of the Second Sphere is demonstrated by the fact that beloved Immaculata, the Silent Watcher of the planet Earth, abides in the ethers above the Temple of Precipitation in the Grand Teton Retreat. In fact, the many activities of the Teton Retreat from the meetings of the Karmic Board, to the myriad service provided from the Temples of the Great White Brotherhood attest to the vital interaction between the attributes of Precipitation and Reverence.
I encourage you to spend time during the coming weeks, immersing your consciousness in the quality of Reverence for All Life. As you do so, you will begin to perceive the Hand of God at work through all circumstance, regardless of appearance. You will begin to consistently perceive the Presence of the Christ within all of your brothers and sisters of mankind. Through Reverence, the Christ will be drawn forth into manifestation.
