The Shamballa Letter

VOLUME 13, Number 48                                                                                                                 November 29, 1991

My Beloved Co-servers in the Light,

All during the month of November you have been receiving the raising power and radiation of the Ascension Flame from Beloved Serapis' Temple in the etheric City of Shamballa over Long Island. Wherever there is a focus of the great Ascension Flame, the activity and raising power has been intensified and expanded, until the effect is that of a tremendous network of radiant stars. Their rays have connected to form a supportive network of pure crystalline white Light, completely surrounding the Earth. 

From Shamballa, where the Central Temple of the Ascension Flame is located, mighty Light Rays reach outward in all directions. These connect with the Light Rays being projected from other Ascension Temples, such as the one in the Cities of St. John, one in South America, the one in Luxor, and others at a number of strategic points around the planet. 

Wherever there is a chela of Light on the planet, or a group that is sincerely working for the purification and ascension of the Earth, a focus of the Ascension Flame may be formed by tuning in to the Rays from the Ascension Temples. The up-reaching consciousness of these chelas draws the response through the service they render to the planet wherever they are located. Beloved Serapis Bey and his brotherhood receive and intensify such offerings. In return, they project Rays from their temples to anchor focuses of the Ascension Flame into the physical substance of the Earth at those points. From such foci, major or minor, networks of the Light of the Ascension Flame are formed. 

The view from outer space far above the Earth is like that of many brilliant stars with rays of light emanating from them in all directions. The chelas have formed small stars, and these connect to the rays of the large stars formed by the Ascension Temples here and there around the planet. 

Imagine a blanket of stars wrapped around the planet Earth. Some are large and brilliant, with tremendous rays going out from them in all directions. Around the large stars are clusters of smaller stars with their own rays in contact with the larger stars. In other open areas of space, many twinkling points of light are visible, just beginning to send out occasional bursts of light rays. 

It is beautiful, and tells us immediately that there is a mighty network of love and light established around the Earth, from which all mankind may draw light substance and spiritual nourishment as required. 

Now, while the Ascension Temple is open at Shamballa, the colors seen in the cosmos are pure Crystalline White Light. When other retreats of the Ascended Masters are open, such as Michael’s Retreat over Banff, Canada, or the Temple of the Violet Fire over Cuba, the temples form a different pattern of rays. This is based upon their differing locations in the etheric realm. The temples will appear as blue or violet stars, with light Rays emanating from them of the same hue. 

This is the pattern of light rays, or bridges, over which the Hierarchs and their brotherhoods direct their qualities to the Earth plane. This tremendous energy network is powerful beyond your understanding. It is a very efficient system, and will explain why you - our chelas - are so necessary as the step-down transformers of Cosmic Light into the physical plane. Your up-reaching consciousness creates the bridges from the Earth into these great networks, or energy grids. Your decrees may then draw all that is required from the retreats of the Ascended Masters all around the Earth. 

Ponder upon this information, and picture it clearly in your minds during meditation. It is very strengthening to do so. I enfold you in my Light and Love.
