My Beloved Friends and Co-Servers in the Light,
The Beloved Maha Chohan Paul has requested that his Address of June 30, 1991, given at the final Petition Class, just prior to the consigning of the petitions to the physical flame by the Director, be given to all of you. His love so directs him, so that you will know the depths of gratitude that are poured forth for every effort made by each one of you who were connected to this Service of Light. Receive his Words, and his Love, in the full Light of Holy Spirit, with which they were given.

Beloved Disciples of Holy Spirit,
I AM with you. Take this moment to realize and absorb the Presence of Holy Spirit, as I fill and surround you with its sacred essence. As you breathe it in and absorb it, feel and accept the expansion of your Sacred Three-fold Flames, for this I ordain and establish within you, each one. Now, breathe out, expand and project this Light in every direction around you. Accept the Activity of the Cosmic Holy Spirit as a permanent part of your auras right now! As well, at this very moment, every chela of Light, who is connected to this service, no matter where they are upon the planet, is receiving this same identical service, for the cells of the Heart Center function throughout the world as one Mighty Heartbeat. There is no separation in the Heart of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, or in the Messengers sent forth as the Tongues of Flame.
I say this to you now, to prepare you, each one, for the expanded service which is coming forth, and shall begin to manifest NOW throughout the Earth in an ever-intensified way. Up to now, you have been asked to function by Faith, knowing and accepting that you, of your human selves, are nothing. Understanding and accepting that, you are now free to receive the higher gifts of Holy Spirit.
The Thoughtform for this Class, and every Class that has been held this week, is an exquisite Chalice of Light. This Chalice, completed this night during your Service, is composed of threads of Light, which have been drawn from your Heart Flames, and those of the worldwide Family of Chelas who are connected with this specific service. The colors of these individual threads are pure crystalline White, for the Ascension Flame is activated now, and has been for some time, in the Heart Flames of all those who were sent forth to act as Disciples of Holy Spirit through this Heart Center for the Earth.
Within each shimmering thread pulsates the color of the Ray from which the individual chela comes, and it creates a sparkling iridescent radiation around that thread. The effect of the threads, as they are combined in the perfected form of the Chalice of Light - is such that it is quite beyond description! Open the screens of your inner consciousness to see it for yourself, a pure Crystalline Chalice, from which emanates every color of all seven Mighty Rays, in moving, scintillating patterns of Light reflections. They are lighting up the sky over the Ascension Focus this night.
Above this Chalice is the Pure White Dove of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, and the Blessings of the Petitions of the Seven Chohans are released this night to fill the Chalice. Their Sacred Petitions have been granted, due to the increased radiation of the chelas world-wide, who have pledged their energies to maintain and sustain them. As these blessings are released, they descend as smaller White Doves, entering the Chalice, until it is filled to overflowing with their living Light!
Now accept this! As the petitions are consigned to the physical flame this night, the scrolls of acceptance and the dispensations of the to support those petitions which you have personally submitted, and those class petitions which shall be consigned to the physical flame this night. Let the Joy and Love of Service, which fills your hearts and minds right now, through the realization of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, continue to flow through your individual Chalices to manifest perfection upon the Earth.
Here is your Planet Earth! Receive it, and hold the concept of its perfection and divinity within your Heart Flames, now and forever. I AM always with you.
