The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 13, Number 29 July 19, 1991
Beloved Ones,
As I observe your auras, it is clear to see that you are still enfolded in the great Love and Light of the Karmic Board, as well as that of Beloved Holy Æolus and Paul, the Maha Chohan. Of course, you are always enfolded in their sacred Love, but is it not a wonderful thing to have this awareness? The Love of God is so complete and so freely extended to every part of life - without exception - yet so few are aware. I AM truly grateful for your growing consciousness, because when it is filled with God's Love, it is a force of Love to every point on the Earth. I AM also pleased with your sustained efforts, as you intensify the activity of your petitions, and those of the group.
Previously, I described the Activity of Light as it could be seen during the Petition Classes at the physical focus of Shamballa. Now I ask that you relax your minds and bodies, and take a few moments to call the Sacred Transmuting Flame through your four lower vehicles. Be aware of your Mantle of Light. Intensify its activity around yourself, and see the Violet Flame within it. In this centered state of consciousness, please remain.
Let your consciousness travel to the Great Teton Retreat, where you may see the beautiful Council Chamber in which the Karmic Board meets twice yearly, in June and December. At these times, all seven members are always present. The Chamber in which they meet is magnificent, and quite large. There are always many great Beings present at these meetings, for so much depends upon the Activities which take place at these times. Many of our chelas are also involved in the service which takes place.
The sacred Flame blazing upon the Altar is gold at the center, with a radiance of emerald green. It rises from a brazier carved from pure jade. The Altar, exquisite in its design, holds the brazier and the Sacred Flame high, so that it is completely and clearly visible to the entire assemblage at all times.
In front of the Altar is an arc of seven chairs, which face the auditorium. The chairs are quite ornate, as befits the dignity of the Council Chamber, and of those Beings who will occupy them. Magnificent jewels, set in the back of each chair, signify by their color that all Seven Rays are represented.
Facing this arc, there is another semi-circle of chairs, which are provided for Beloved Alpha and Omega, Helios and Vesta, and any of the other Sun Gods and Goddesses, or their Messengers, who may wish to attend these meetings. The Sun Gods sit on the right half of the arc, as it faces the Karmic Board. Their Divine Complements sit on the left side. The complete arc represents the perfect balance of the masculine and feminine aspects of the God Parents. This arc may not be divided. Therefore, all aisles are arranged so that the center space may be reached from either side.
The center area between the two arcs of seats is left completely open, so there is nothing between those who will enter this area, the Members of the Karmic Board, and the Sun Gods or their representatives. The vibratory activity in this space is, as you can well imagine, tremendous. Fortunate are those who enter this Sacred Space to receive the scrolls that are given to signify the dispensations that are decided upon.
To the right and the left of the two semi-circles, there are sections of seats reserved for the great Beings of Light who attend these sessions. They come, either because they have presented petitions, or to see if they may be of assistance to the petitions and plans of others. Beloved Gautama, Sanat Kumara, Lord Maitreya, Holy Æolus, and the Maha Chohan Paul sit in these sections, as may the Chohans - or their Representatives, if they wish.
The Representatives of the Elemental Kingdom, usually either Beloved Virgo, Aires, Thor, Neptune, or their Divine Complements may also be present. If the Elohim are not present, their Complements may come to represent them. The same is true of the Archangels. Sometimes, all are present with their Complements, but any Cosmic Being may also be represented by a Special Messenger, if they so desire. There are reasons for this which may not be immediately apparent to you. Therefore, I will return to this subject in depth within the very near future.
The Hierarchs of various Retreats, or their representatives, as well as members of various Brotherhoods, often choose to sit with the various groups of chelas who come. All of these individuals are seated in sections which face the Karmic Board,
This will give you the idea of the magnificent Chamber at the Grand Tetons where so many meetings are held during any given year. I ask that you keep it in your heart, as well as your mind, for many are the hour that each one of you spends in conference and study at various rooms and areas of this great Retreat. It is open to you at all times, and the Brotherhood is most loving and patient with any questions or needs that you may bring to their attention.
I will continue with my description of the preparation and selection of petitions, and of how it is finalized, as well as the beautiful ceremony which takes place on June 30th. Until that time, be aware of my Love, which enfolds you at all times.
