Beloved Chelas,

I write to you from a Heart filled with Joy at the beautiful response that has been made to the Petitions Classes, and the resulting dispen­sations that have been granted by the Karmic Board. It is truly cause for rejoicing, and all that is required now is to continue expanding the Light that is given to your Beloved Earth. 

I have given all the information I could to increase your understanding about the importance of the petitions that are presented to the semiannual Council meetings of the Karmic Board. As well, I have tried to impress upon your consciousness how imperative cooperative service is between the Octaves of Light and the physical plane where you now reside. 

Although information has been given in the past about the petitions, never has there been such a tremendous response from our chelas in an effort to join forces with the Ascended Masters for this common objective - the Healing of the Earth! All in Heaven's Realms are pouring their gratitude forth to you. 

The meetings that were held at Shamballa anchored radiant Bridges of Light, created from the Light Substance of each Ray, as it was successively called forth through the decrees and visualizations given at those meetings. This Light Substance was projected over the Rainbow Bridge from the Grand Teton Retreat directly into the Great City of Shamballa, specifically into the Temple of the Cosmic Holy Spirit. From there, it was directed into each Class, intensified by the Love of Beloved Holy Æolus and the Maha Chohan, Paul. They personally directed each Ray through their own Heart Flames into the Chalice. This was for the specific purpose of enfolding the qualities of each Ray in Divine Love, so that all service during the ensuing six months will be appre­ciably intensified. This specific energy is in addition to the increase already bestowed by the Karmic Board. 

The energies of the decrees and meditations that were given in behalf of the petitions of the Chohan, Masters, and Beings of each Ray were accepted by the Members of the Karmic Board as a clear indication of the willingness of the chelas to be supportive in the ongoing manner required. This acceptance is not only for those attending the classes, but also for those of you who were connected by the power of your attention and love to these classes. 

During each class, the Holy Christ Self within each of you expanded, completely filling your physical form, and that Presence directed Rays of Love and Light from each individual Heart Flame to form a Chalice of Unified Consciousness. A Ray of Light from the Heart Flame of every chela who was connected with this service by ties of Light became a part of this Chalice. The Higher energies were then directed into the Chalice from the Temple of The Cosmic Holy Spirit, again through the combined Heart Flames of Holy Æolus and his Son, Paul. 

During the final class, when the petitions submitted by the chelas were blessed, and then consigned to the physical flames, the Light Substance was dispersed into the Earth from the Chalice of Unified Consciousness, carrying the blessings and gifts of the Great White Brotherhood, combined with your own, into all situations, places, and conditions for which petitions were accepted. 

This service was a clear indication that the Karmic Board feels confident that each chela will sustain his or her petition, and also the Call for Peace, and whatever other petitions of the Ascended Masters he has joined, during the coming six months with constancy. Take this moment to send a Ray of Love and Gratitude to each and every member for their confidence in you, and realize what a tremendous blessing is bestowed. I have described the service as it was accomplished at the physical focus of Shamballa during the actual Petitions Classes, giving you the Activity of the Light as it was transmitted from the Grand Tetons to the Ascension Focus where the classes were held. 

I wish to give you time to concentrate upon this, permitting you to absorb the service and its meaning. Then I will tell you about the service as it was given at the Teton Retreat, and of those Great Ones who were in attendance.

Know that I AM with you, and will assist you in your ongoing work with the petitions that have been accepted by the Beloved Karmic Board.
