Paul – The Maha Chohan 

You know that what one creates in consciousness must manifest as form when clothed in feeling. Thought force alone does not manifest in the Third Dimensional Plane, although it always manifests itself in the Mental Plane. 

Co-existent with the thought becomes the form, and that becomes a permanent part of the mental plane of the Earth, but thought, in order to enter the physical plane must be clothed in feeling.  Feeling is the propelling power that drives the thought force through the veil into manifestation. 

The feeling nature of some lifestreams through the centuries has been heavily charged with disbelief and doubt, with suspicion and wariness, and this ‘divides the house’, because the beautiful thought form which has been envisioned is either like an empty glass which is never filled with refreshment or it is filled with a hopeful but questioning quality of feeling substance,  which may give it a little push through the veil but which will result in a manifestation similar to the nature of the feeling world. 

All individuals should take their feeling bodies before the Throne of Grace and let the substance of the Godhead wash them clean, then starting on something simple but from the Universal Light, a thought form of a desired precipitation… and enjoy through the feeling nature the fulfillment of that thought. 

Feed the thought with the substance of the feeling world in anticipation of its fulfillment, joy in its use and the happiness that it will give to the life around us, and let the feeling nature anticipate the pleasure and surprise of others in its manifestation.  In other words, imagine and enter into the feeling of fulfillment that will clothe the thought in the substance which will bring it through the veil. 

This is a basic lesson which must be learned.
