Beloved Chelas: 

It is often the case that the "I AM" Presence of an unascended individual is a member of the Inner Order of the great Universal Brotherhood - the Spiritual Hierarchy - for many centuries before the outer self is accepted, because the Presence in its great desire to expand Good is by nature one with the cause of the Brotherhood... and because the Presence belongs yet to an unascended being it is one with the vibratory action of the Hierarchy at the same time... and so the Universal Brotherhood has accepted and utilized the tremendous radiation of the Presence of countless thousands of unascended beings who have added the tremendous momentum of their own Causal Body to this stupendous task of evolving a perfected race. 

The outer self, in any service where good was accomplished, released energy into the Causal Body and thus placed at the disposal of the Brotherhood more substance through the Open Door of that one's Presence. Thus, people for centuries have served the Brotherhood through their own inner nature while their outer self was not as yet developed enough to consider themselves part of this cause. 

When the outer self, however, joins with the Presence in the desire to assist in whatever small measure it can to bring Perfection and Beauty, Understanding, Wisdom and Harmony into the world, the affinity created by the Presence with the consciousness of the Brotherhood through centuries of service can be released into the outer mind with the speed of lightning and that consciousness of unity and oneness can be established almost overnight. 

To reach into the Heart of your Presence and ask for that consciousness which is in every member of the Brotherhood would be to experience a tremendous release from the pressure of mankind's radiation. We all belong either to mankind or to the Brotherhood and we experience either the karma of the race or the Light of the Brotherhood, according to our choice. 

You can insist upon the unification of the Cause of the Divine Brotherhood between your inner and outer selves and so manifest its Grace, its Peace, Healing and Freedom. This can be a tangible experience for you if you choose to so apply it.
