My beloved ones, it is my great pleasure and honor, through the graciousness of the beautiful Lady Rowena, to be your narrator for the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony this evening. 

Our beloved Lady Rowena is a most gracious hostess and knowing the many years this magnificent Retreat in France was my home, she invited me to participate in the ceremony and convey to the chelas the activity which took place, so I shall humbly proceed. 

Come with me in consciousness to the entrance of the Flame Room where you will see the altar which is made up of three tiers, representing the Trinity of Life! 

As you know, the gardens of this Focus are noted for the exquisite display of roses and tonight the first tier of the altar is adorned with roses in pink, gold and blue - representing the Liberty Flame, the blue roses are grown in profusion on the Planet Venus and Lady Rowena, a Venusian, desired that they be part of the adornment. On the second tier we see the handsome candelabra with candles in the three colors and on the third tier we see the glorious Chalice in which burns the Liberty Flame. 

Let us now turn our attention to the amphitheater which extends the width and breadth of the European Continent. The builders of Form have duplicated the gardens of the physical Focus for we feel that the magnificent grassy sward with its beautiful gardens and handsome white columns and exquisite roses will be a welcome attraction for the etheric garments of the world-weary peoples of this Earth. Every rose in bloom and those which will shortly be externalized by the elements will be enriched by the beauty which is here manifest. 

At the time of the actual Transmission of the Flame I had the privilege of escorting Lady Rowena down the aisle as the stirring strains of the Marseillaise was played and all in the Flame Room could feel the throbbing pulsation of the glorious Liberty Flame. Lady Rowena is an exquisitely beautiful being and she was attired this evening in a simple white gown with her golden hair dressed in a chignon. 

As we stepped upon the dais and stood before the Liberty Flame in contemplation of its glorious service to Life, we intoned a humble prayer that everyone upon this Planet would come to know the true meaning of the Virtue of Liberty which the Father-Mother. God bestowed upon their children - Liberty to do God's Will through the qualification of the Energy flowing so freely through their vehicles. 

As we breathed upon the Flame, it encompassed everyone within the Flame Room and then rose into the amphitheater where the mighty Goddess of Liberty received it and then sent the Flaming Essence around the Earth. The Flame was in the form of miniature Three-fold Flames and it was a glorious sight to see it wend its way from Retreat to Retreat throughout the Planet, with all the chelas who were tuning in being bathed in this Holy Virtue. Our mighty Goddess of Liberty presented a magnificent picture as she stood in the amphitheater sending forth the Flame on the Holy Breath to encompass the Earth. In her great Wisdom, at the close of the ceremony she established her Luminous Presence in the amphitheater, to remain for the duration of the 30-day Period, sending forth her tremendous momentum of the Virtue of Liberty to enrich life. 

I thank you, beloved ones, for the courtesy of your attention and counsel you to come often to the Chateau de Liberté to receive the glorious Blessings which it has to offer."
