Beloved Chelas:
The cycle has closed when human free will forms the major consideration in the affairs of the human race and we have entered into that portion of world experience where the Guardians and Guides of the race are allowed to exercise their Wisdom, Influence and Powers in molding and forming mankind and the Planet itself into the Original Design of the Godhead.
We, the Spiritual Hierarchy, as you know have been permitted to come from the Heart of the Great Silence and to make our Presence known in the affairs of men. We have pledged our Energies to remain with the Planet until it is purified through the redemption of the misqualified energies of its inhabitants abiding thereon or who are in the Inner Realms serving in the various Temples to balance their debt to life.
Regardless of the outer discordant conditions of the day, new hope and new promise for the future is safely over the horizon. Mankind, in spite of its intellectual vanities, has been permitted to attend the Councils and Assemblies of the Spiritual Hierarchy, through visits to the various Retreats which have been opened for this purpose, and at such Conferences where the chelas may come in person or through projected consciousness.
These experiences are stamped deep in the souls and inner vehicles and all have had their consciousness widened by even the vaguest outlines of the Divine Plan. This means that the great mass mind impressed and influenced from within will be more eagerly receptive to the representation of the Divine Plan through the dedicated avenues of service to the Light. I say "representation" for each came forth with the knowledge of the part to be individually played, but through the wanderings in the avenue of the senses has been clouded over by this effluvia.
In the very near future you shall witness the activities of the Spiritual New Day as a result of your attention and cooperation with the directives given by the Spiritual Hierarchy to redeem this Earth and all its evolutions.
