Man is using the activity of Precipitation at all times and the illumined lifestream realizes that his thought and feeling processes affect such externalization. 

Ascended Beings and human beings use the same process for Precipitation, but in the case of the Master, his thoughts and feelings contain only Perfection. When the Master creates, his creation is not subject to the disintegration force of human thought and feeling - when the unascended lifestream creates, being part and parcel of the mass mind, his creation, even before crystallized is attacked by the invisible forces in his environment, as well as by the tangibly directed forces through individuals. This is why the Master's instantaneous precipitation is Eternal, and why any unascended precipitation, whether instantaneous or otherwise, is in a constant state of disintegration. 

I counsel you to call for the Protection of your own "I AM" Presence around even a mental thought, so that your creative efforts - or precipitation - would not be subject to consciously directed or unconscious disintegrating forces changing its substance, as the wind changes the shape of the cloud before manifestation could occur. 

Until such time as you realize that the “I AM” Presence should be the only Directing Intelligence in your being and world and you bend the knee of the little self to that Divine Director, the wise chela will invoke the assistance of some member of the Spiritual Hierarchy to whom he has an affinity, to enfold him in his or her protecting Love. If you were to raise your consciousness to the Master and feel his luminous body - Emotional, Mental, Etheric and Visible, settle over your own, and then be still until they vibrated consciously to a point where you could with the outer senses feel the Mastery which we are, you would find that your application would be more positive, results more assured, and your creative faculties more sharpened and concentrated - and your resultant creation less a prey to the depression and discouragement of the consciousness of yourself and others.
