I have been very closely observing my beloved chelas and the resultant action of the increased Light from the Spiritual Hierarchy which is pouring forth and filling your lower vehicles. 

In some instances, I notice that there is considerable tension and I believe if you will follow the exercise which I present to you today that there will be greater ease in your beings. 

I counsel you to draw the pure Light from the Heart of your "I AM" Presence, visualizing it flowing freely through the spinal column and the nervous system; concentrate upon the expansion of that Light within the flesh structure, and then after you have created a network of tiny Light threads, see them extending to every portion of your physical vehicles. 

Then, when you can see that network and the Light from the Presence pouring through it, turn to your Presence in true humility, or to any Ascended or Cosmic Being, and call his Flame into that Light through you. 

This is a most marvelous Peace-giving activity and permits the expansion of the Light in your garments without any tension or effort on the part of the physical vehicle. The more you employ this simple activity, the sooner you will find nourishment, not of humankind, that will renew and rebuild your vehicles into Beauty and Peace.
