Beloved Ones: 

We are now at the beautiful Retreat in the Heart of France where it was my privilege for many years to officiate as the Hierarch. I shall avail myself of the gracious invitation of the beautiful Lady Rowena to be present at this Focus as often as my Cosmic Service will permit. It brings me great happiness to have a Lady of such dignity, culture and charming manner preside over this Retreat. 

Because of the requirement for mankind to know the true meaning of Liberty, the Builders of Form have created an amphitheater over the Retreat which encompasses the entire European continent. This will remain for the 30 day period the chelas' attention is focused there, not just for the evening of the Transmission of the Flame. 

Symbolizing the Activity of Pure Divine Love the amphitheater is of pink marble, and on the evening of the Transmission of the Flame, February 21, the Liberty Flame will rise from its Focus at the Retreat into the atmosphere, where is shall pulsate in ever expanding Radiation from the altar created in the amphitheater. The altar has already been decorated at its base with exquisite pink roses. 

We anticipate this intensified activity of Pure Divine Love will so penetrate the etheric garments of mankind that they will begin to embrace the feeling of Tolerance which, as you know, is a Virtue which flows freely from this Focus. 

Visualize the glorious Liberty Flame, its plumes of Pink, Gold and Blue, giving forth the incentive which will attract all mankind to its beneficent Radiation. The chelas, knowing of the Activities which will take place, should feel their etheric vehicles clothed in the Essence of Pure Divine Love - in perfect balance, embracing not only themselves but in Cosmic Consciousness enfolding all Life - everywhere.
