Beloved Chelas: 

According to Earth's reckoning, six months of the year of Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-seven have elapsed, and the Karmic Board is in session at the Rocky Mountain Retreat giving careful consideration to the procedures which must be set into motion for the ensuing six months, which will outpicture in greater Light and Perfection for the Planet. 

The chelas of the Ascended Masters are under very close scrutiny, since it is their voluntary cooperative service which the Spiritual Hierarchy knows can do so much for this Earth. 

Mighty plans are under consideration, and the wise chela turns his heart in Love and Gratitude to the Karmic Counsel for the privilege of taking part in this Service of such great magnitude. 

Do you realize how many, many lifestreams embodied hereon would literally fall on their knees to even be in conscious communication with the Masters of Wisdom, let alone have an active part in serving under their Direction. 

The chelas under my Personal direction are worthy of commendation, for they eagerly await the Releases through The Bulletin, and it is with a sense of deep gratitude that I tell you this, for your blessed hearts respond to the instruction set forth and endeavor always to put it into action. 

As a closing remark, let me say that I detected a slight smile, or nod of approval, when your records were being examined. Keep on, Keeping On!
