Beloved of My Heart: 

From the Flaming Presence of Divine Love within my Heart, I humbly, but most emphatically, direct your attention to assisting this Planet Earth and her peoples to a state of harmonious living, which can only come about when the Governments of this Planet cease striving for supremacy, one over the other. 

Kindly refer to your January, 1965 issue of THE BRIDGE, page 20, which gives you a DECREE FOR THE EARTH AND HER NATIONS. Some of you have been giving this Decree, but it is required that a tremendous driving force be employed for efficacious accomplishment, permitting the Spiritual Hierarchy to further come into action in the affairs of those in positions of authority in the various Nations. 

The call should be used, until it reaches a momentum of a 'battering- ram', which was used in ancient days against gates or walls. Each Nation has set up some type of wall, some for Spiritual Protection, but the majority to gather within their confines powers and forces against any and all intruders to their concept of what is their right. 

The only rightful ruler, in all cases, is the God Power Almighty and it is to drive a wedge into the human concepts that I appeal to you to daily make the Decree for the Earth and Her Nations. From the premise of the expanded God Vision, which I use and enjoy, I assure you that the above is of such importance as to warrant your immediate and continued action!
