It is not sufficient at this crucial hour in the Earth's evolution to make the calls which we have pointed out to you, or some which you may have drawn forth yourselves, without continuing in the use of the Violet Fire Decrees for the Transmutation of the imperfection rampant on the Earth. 

From observation of my pupils, I notice that some have most enthusiastically joined in the project of making Calls for Peace, but have neglected the important activity of Purification or Transmutation for the attainment of Peace. 

It is in no manner to chide you, but in loving guidance, that I say you have been instructed in the application of the Spiritual Law for many years, and we should not have to remind you on how to proceed. You are our accepted chelas, and as such, the 'ground work' of transmutation of the causes and core which generate any inharmonious action should be 'on the tip of your tongue' as it were, as a preliminary course to preface the Calls for Peace. 

The urgency of this statement is the reason I bring this to your attention, knowing that in the future you will remember always to go after the fundamental rate of vibration which has ballooned to planetary proportions.
