Children of My Heart: 

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that these Weekly Releases represent our life energy. You are, as a result held responsible to the Cosmic Law for what you do with them, and we of the Hierarchy for the expenditure of Cosmic Energy and the return to the Cosmic Storehouse represented by your use of same. 

I feel most humble in sending my Love to you, at the same time when the great Cosmic Holy Spirit, Beloved Æolus, releases his Blessing to you. This greatly revered Being came to his former study at Ceylon last evening, and we held converse about you, his pupils, and he, in his gentle all- wise manner, said "We will just tell them this week how much we love them". 

Lest you think there is not a great Lesson in this Release of Pure Divine Love, I say to you with all the feeling of that Quality at my command, use well the Gift which is being poured through your vehicles; nurture it, expand it, by your acceptance, and then loving your fellowman, as we do you, send forth this anointing from above to the people of the Earth, starved for the lack of this Virtue - the Sacred Essence of the Father-Mother God which is so little understood by the lifestreams inhabiting this Planet. 

As so many people in the orthodox churches are entering upon a 'period of penance' for the ensuing weeks preceding the glorious event of Easter, greater by far will be your Service to Life if you remember to daily send forth this radiation of Pure Divine Love, blessing saint and sinner alike.
