Beloved Chelas: 

Since it is your privilege to go to the Retreat of Beloved Kwan Yin in your inner bodies, March 15th through April 14th, I wish to stress the importance of employing the activity of the Flame of Mercy through your vehicles and those of all mankind. 

That glorious Flame embodies Charity, Grace and Compassion and is a wonderful function for the treatment of the ills of mankind, brought into manifestation through their free will misuse of God's Pure Energy. 

In as much as that gracious Lady, our Beloved Kwan Yin, is so interested in the return of the dignity to womanhood and family life, calls in this direction will be much appreciated by her, enabling a greater release of the Flame of Mercy. 

The Spiritual Hierarchy always have a well-defined Plan in the Release of Energy from a specific Focus at the time in which the chelas are invited to participate in the Activity of the Retreat. It behooves the alert chela to take advantage of the greatly energized Quality which is brought to their attention for a definite purpose for the Purification of the Earth and her evolutions so she may no longer hold up the Cosmic scheme of evolution. 

If you will remember to follow the directives which we give you for a stated period of time, you will be greatly rewarded with the benefits which you personally derive from the application thereof. Cosmic Law demands a balance for the instruction given.
