Beloved Children of Light: 

The atmosphere is filled with the joyous songs of praise heralding the anniversary of the birth of Christ, and the festivities will continue through the remainder of the year. 

Blessed ones, it is a sense of great joy to the Spiritual Hierarchy to witness the fact that the chelas are preparing for the birth of the Christ within their own beings. Throughout the year we have reminded you of the ways and means necessary for the transmutation of the imperfect conditions in your lifestreams so that you would have a habitable abode for your own God Self. 

As in the case of the Beloved Jesus, the babe of the Christ is growing to full stature of the mature Christ Self, enabling you to be the leaders of men in the Seventh Ray Dispensation, which is now active. Since this is the final Ray in this Cycle, it is expedient that we have not one Exemplar, but many who are sufficiently developed and grounded in the Spiritual Law, and Expressions thereof, to bring about the Perfection which is ordained for this Planet by Cosmic Edict. 

I wish to personally congratulate you, each one, for your cooperation with my humble self, and for your forward progress on the Path this year, and I shall closely and lovingly attend you until you are the Christ grown to full stature, so long as it is ordained that you remain upon this Earth.
