Beloved Chelas,
Let us journey to the Rocky Mountain Retreat, where the Spiritual Hierarchy are convened, making plans for the evolution of this Earth and her inhabitants in the Year of 1966.
We all know this Retreat is located in the magnificent setting of the Teton Mountain Range, whose peaks rise toward the heavens like spires of a great cathedral, and the radiation emitting therefrom always carries a deep reverence for all life, built by the Great Lanto and Holy Confucius.
The altar in the Flame Room of Chinese Ivory, whose base tells the story of creation, is embossed in gold, and is of the most exquisite craftsmanship, for which the Beings of Oriental background are without parallel, the brazier within which is anchored the Precipitation Flame is of Jade and Emeralds.
For the celebration of the birthday of beloved Jesus, Confucius in his gracious manner invited Jesus to preside at the special ceremony honoring his birth. Any recognition of this event, of course, always includes his Holy and Beautiful Mother, Mary, and the protecting Joseph, Saint Germain. At the appointed time, when all the honored guests were assembled in the Flame Room, the Holy Family ascended the steps of the altar, while the Keynote of the Master Jesus "Joy to the World" was played upon the organ. Jesus, Mary and Saint Germain were attired in white robes of a fabric of gossamer texture, banded at the neck, sleeves and hem with Mother of Pearl embroidery.
All guests rose at the ascent of the Beloved Family and remained thus, while Jesus breathed upon the Precipitation Flame. As he did so, a Dove emerged from the Brazier, expanding in proportion as it rose high in the atmosphere over the Teton Range, where it will remain until the New Year is ushered in. Every breath in the Flame Room was in perfect unison, as the Precipitation Flame was energized and sent around the Earth carrying the awesome feeling which the Wise Men and shepherds felt on the first Holy Night.
I have been requested to convey to you the Love and Blessings of all the Spiritual Hierarchy, with special emphasis on that of our most Holy Æolus.
