My beloved Children:   

As you have been told the world of Cause and the world of Effects run parallel to each other. Man, the creator of his world has access to the world of Cause through his use of thought and feeling and belief, and he, for the most part, generates in this world the myriad patterns that project their images like monstrous shadows in the world of Effects where he dwells in outer consciousness. Were man denied the opportunity to experiment and learn through the use of Energy in the world of Cause, he would be but an automaton instead of a potential God. One might liken the world of Cause to an experimental laboratory supervised by most learned men. 

Above the plane designated for the experiments in directing Energy by unawakened man is the Realm of Cosmic Cause, wherein the Hierarchy create the Focus of the Flame that governs the Solar System and into which no unawakened man can intrude lest he destroy this Creative Energy by his ignorant efforts. 

The only reality without beginning and without end is the world of Cause, within which are points of consciousness known as Angels, Devas, the Ascended Host and man. Each interprets this great Universal World according to its particular abilities. The Ascended Master, or Enlightened One, has become one with the Great Universal I AM Presence, dwelling completely in the World of the Real and Projects forth a true representation of the Divine Idea. Unawakened mankind, however, projects or externalizes as his environment his varied experiences which his consciousness believes to be true.

Manifestation or projection of the inner consciousness is the first activity of man. Therefore, for the chela striving for Illumination it will be seen that his consciousness must become merged with the Ascended Master Consciousness so that he shall always externalize only that which he is conscious of within. The inner pathway to Enlightenment is pursued through active contemplation. Using the Power of God's Breath in decrees and affirmations is an efficacious way to transmute the false concepts in the individual's outer consciousness. By turning away from the outer and putting the thoughts and attention on the Real Power within, my chelas can remake their world.
