 Beloved ones,

It is both an honor and a privilege to address you on this day of all days, when humankind celebrates the magnificent achievement of one of your own, as beloved Jesus proved that the resurrection was not only a possibility but a manifest reality! Since you have come together this week, I have walked among you many times. I have participated in your sacred ceremonies. I have listened to your many discussions. I have also observed your interactions, and during these past four days, I have come to the conclusion that you too have been able to accomplish a great achievement. The resurrection of this Activity of Light has become a manifest reality and together you are creating a wonderful foundation upon which to ascend into ever increasing levels of consciousness and provide even greater opportunities for service.

As you may or may not know, Shamballa must, I repeat must, exist on Earth in some form during the current transitional period between the completion of the Christian Dispensation and the beginning of beloved Saint Germain's Permanent Golden Age. Otherwise the ancient prophesies of cataclysm and doom will be fulfilled! There must be those to hold the light, hold the energy, hold the vision of the future, in other words keep the sacred fires burning, holding space, while the necessary earth changes take place so this planet can continue to evolve easily and effortlessly, with as little pain or suffering as possible. And you beloved ones, are those who chose to rise to this occasion.  

While you are together this week you are attempting to define Shamballa and at this time I would like to share my thoughts on this subject. Shamballa is not a place. It truly is within your heart and represents the perfect state of God Consciousness that has been purified and lifted up to the rightful estate you each seek.  

For those who find this sacred space, not only must you carry the wisdom of the Masters in your mind, the love of the higher realms in your heart, hold the memories of your personal experiences with us sacred. You must now put into practice in your daily lives what you have been given and share this information with all your brothers and sisters so they too can proceed a little farther along their own spiritual paths.  

To assist you in your spiritual unfoldment I would like to take a few moments to briefly re-state the messages of the other Ascended Masters who have chosen to speak during this sacred celebration of the Resurrection as a loving reminder of their gifts offered to you. Holy Amethyst talked about change and the importance of staying centered for you must have the clarity of vision required to see the need for change and the many advantages received, not only for yourself but for your fellow chelas and your planetary family as well. She also mentioned this is not always easy to accomplish, especially when you believe you have your life in order, and nothing could make it more perfect.  

Lady Kwan Yin continued along these lines by stating that in refusing change, the process of evolution is prevented from moving forward. However, when you do forge ahead, you must remember to take the goodness of the past with you to create a better present and future. As this beautiful being of great Light is also a great healer, she spoke of the changes that occur in one's life, especially in the later years. You were asked not to judge but to recognize how much people experience during their lives, not only the knowledge they receive but the wisdom they acquire, by putting what they have learned into practice.  

Then, toward the end of their time on Earth, when an individual appears to be in a difficult position and you wonder why they must suffer, you were reminded that they may just be 'taking care of business', spending time between worlds transmuting, purifying and releasing thoughts, feelings, words and actions of the past they no longer need. Their transition from the physical plane can then be made in a peaceful gentle manner with as little unfinished business left as possible.  

The great Elohim Arcturus spoke of the feminine nature within each lifestream and how love is the cohesive power that brings together everything required to create form of any kind. In other words, love keeps energy moving. Also, through your love for life you too can accomplish similar good works, just as he and the other Elohim did in creating this planet.

The Enfolding Spirit for this year, beloved Saint Germain stated that his permanent Golden Age has became a manifest reality on the Earth and the shift was made so easily and gently that it was hardly even noticed! But now it is up to you to sustain this manifestation by keeping this sacred energy field pure and strong so the Ascension of this planet will continue. He also shared, that time after time, you were among the first to come into embodiment and assist in bringing forth every major religious philosophy the Earth has ever known. Your numbers would probably never be very large but you are one of the most powerful forces of love and light on this planet.

You were also told that the way in which the Ascended Masters communicate is changing because you are continuing to grow spiritually. The principles themselves remain the same, only the way of defining them to suit the consciousness of our students and your ever increasing understanding changes.

Earlier this morning, beloved Mary came to greet the sun with you and remind you of the importance of the gifts of love and friendship. She chose to use the relationship between Jesus and his little known youngest sister. She explained how Ruth came to Earth to bring her brother gifts that no one else could possibly give to him because of his mission in life. Her love was so beautiful and pure that she greatly assisted Jesus in finding the strength and wisdom within himself to fulfill his destiny. Before you ask, I would like to assure all of you that this beautiful being of Light continues to serve life, but for now, she must remain behind the veil.

Each and every one of these powerful masters of love and wisdom have shared their blessings to prepare you for what I have come to offer this morning. As beloved Arcturus shed a little light on this subject yesterday, I now say to you: Are you ready for your next step? If your answer is yes, I now ask you to stand.

First I shall share with you a statement of consecration. Upon receiving my words, if this is your heart's desire and you believe you are ready for this great responsibility and all the challenges each entails, I will slowly give the statement again, and this time, if you are ready to accept my gift, please repeat after me:  

In the name of beloved Hercules, I will to do only the Will of my Father-Mother God!  

In the name of Cassiopeia, I will to perceive and understand the divine plan for myself and this Activity of Light!  

In the name of the great Orion, I will to unconditionally love all life on this planet!  

In the name of the Elohim of Purity, I will to be humble enough to accept the divine order of God's Plan unchanged and unhindered by the thoughts and feelings of my lower nature!  

In the name of the mighty Vista, I will to consecrate and concentrate my life's energy to divine service!  

In the name of the great Arcturus I will to create perfection at all levels of form through the rhythmic application of my decrees and invocations!  

In the name of the Elohim Tranquility, I will to guard and protect God's Peace on this planet, especially here at Shamballa, through my example and focused service!  

...  It is done!  

I welcome you into the ranks of those who have gone before you for the cause of spiritual freedom! Having just taken this sacred vow, the future of our beloved Shamballa has now been placed in your hands beloved ones. As Ancient Lord of the World, I ask you to love her well and let me assure you, those of us in the Ascended Realms shall ever be at your side to offer all that you require to make your journey a little smoother and your burden a little lighter. I now enfold you in my loving embrace. Take a deep breath in and as you do receive God's Blessings that even I know not of yet. As you breathe out, you may be seated.
