Beloved Chelas,
I cherish each one of you for your kind attention to my words, and those of all of us in the Ascended Realms, as we work together for the highest good of all concerned. As the Elohim of the Third Ray I embody the God-quality of Divine Love absolutely necessary before any positive manifestation can take place. Love creates the foundation and framework into which anything you wish to accomplish must be placed if it is to manifest and be sustained in the world of form.
I wish to bring to your attention at this time information that will assist you greatly in understanding what is currently taking place on the planet. Take a moment and silently affirm the theme of this year of 1992: 'Blazing in, through, and around my four lower vehicles, the full momentum of the Violet Transmuting Flame, the most powerful aspect of Love, instantly transmutes all outstanding energy back into perfection. I AM at perfect Peace! I AM at perfect Peace! I AM at perfect Peace!'
Consider these words. Think about what is taking place within your beings and worlds as you manifest this activity! All outstanding energy―back to your very beginning―is being brought to your attention so that it can be transmuted. An activity such as this will change your life forever!
With the realization that this purifying, transmuting power works for yourself, you can then use it to assist your friends, loved ones, and―in fact―any person with whom you come into contact, to manifest this same perfection! Remember, what is true for yourself is true for all humankind.
The Violet Transmuting Flame that you blaze in, through and around your four lower vehicles is a current of energy that has been qualified to dissolve all negativity―through the Power of Love. You will recall that during the days of Atlantis the Power vibration overshadowed the Love vibration of the Seventh Ray, allowing destruction instead of perfection to manifest.
Because of that event, the vibration of Love has been required to express a much greater influence upon this planet so that the Seventh Ray could again be used as it was intended. Over the years, the chelas and lightworkers everywhere have assisted in accomplishing this activity. The time has now come when the Violet Fire is once again the greatest tool available to manifest perfection on the Earth, allowing it to become Freedom's Holy Star by loving all life free!
You now have the perfect combination of the Blue Ray of Power―the Father Aspect of God, with the Pink Ray of Divine Love―the Mother Aspect of God. When this Flame is used, all misqualified energy is instantly transmuted, creating the perfect Peace necessary to allow the Golden Example of Perfection―the Christ―to manifest within every individual.
You will always be enfolded in the power of my Love as you seek and follow your path to ever higher expressions of God's Truth. Chamuel, the great Archangel of the Third Ray, has some words from his heart to share with you this month, to further assist you on your journey by utilizing the momentum of His quality in the world of form.

It is to you I speak, for you are truly loved by God! As the Archangel of the Third Ray of Divine Love, I bring to you my gift of loving adoration. I honor each one of you as the Divine Being you are.
The time has come when you must accept your Divinity, for without this realization you may not progress forward along your path as easily. To assist you, I ask that you consider the following information, contemplating the deeper meaning. Every time you see, hear, or speak to another person, you are seeing, hearing, or speaking to God; possibly veiled by human consciousness at that moment, but nevertheless, that person is of God. By the same token, others also experience God through you. There is no separation. Whatever happens to you affects all, as we are ONE in the body of God.
This year many Angels have been given into your keeping from all Seven Rays. I ask that you become well acquainted with these beautiful Beings of Light. Over eons of time Angels have learned how to draw God's Holy Energy, charge it with their essence or quality, and then radiate it forth to all life. Thus, they have gained great control of energy. This is why they have come into being, for they live only to serve. This loving energy surrounds and fills their entire beings.
Humanity feels this radiation every time they enter the aura of such a one, for Angels are the bringers of God's Gifts to man. In so doing, they expand the energy and vibration of every gift before you receive it. At this point in Earth's evolution they shine brightly, awaiting your every command. Call them into action!
You have no idea how long they have served humankind. These great Beings have guarded, guided, protected and loved each of you unconditionally over your many lifetimes spent upon the Earth. The Angels are dedicated to assisting every single lifestream upon this planet to fulfill their part in God’s Divine Plan.
In closing, it is my desire that you feel and experience my Flame, so that it will become a part of you from this day forth. Once kindled, my Flame of Adoration blazes forth in constant, rhythmic pulsations, nourishing all life It contacts.
As I now send my Flame forth, bathe within it! Feel it wash over your body, cleansing and purifying all not of God, allowing adoration and love of your True Self to manifest within you. Rhythmic pulsations of my Adoration Flame now gently enfold you, allowing you to see yourself as we see you—exquisite Beings filled with Light.
Understanding here and now who you are, expand and project this love forth to all life, knowing that the more love you send into any situation, the greater will be your manifestation. Use my Flame and experience what it can truly do for you!
