Beloved of My Heart,

Many of the Ancient Ones are surrounding and enfolding this Activity of Light and all lightworkers everywhere, to assist at this crucial time, during which a great increase in the vibratory level of the Earth and all her evolutions is taking place.

One major reason for this increase is that you - and all the chelas around the Planet - are taking responsibility for every aspect of your lives, truly claiming your Divine Heritage. I speak for all the members of the Great White Brotherhood when I say, We are most grateful!

My quality is one of great strength. Many individuals see this primarily as physical strength, but my strength goes far beyond the physical, entering every fiber of your being and worlds. It is true that when you call on me you will receive an increase in your physical strength and stamina. Along with it - you will receive an increase in purpose, an increase in energy, and an increase in your desire to do God's Will. You will also find that you have an increased awareness of the various members of the Spiritual Hierarchy.

Each time you call on one of us, your awareness increases - especially when you make these calls regularly. The more time that you devote to your spiritual nature, calling to your 'I AM' Presence to take full command of your being and world, the more rapid will be your development. With each such call you make, you open, expand, and strengthen the channel to the Octaves of Light! This is not to say that you should drop everything of the outer world activity, because you are a part of the physical world to learn mastery. I ask that you take time to find the most effective ways to bring your inner and outer world activities into perfect balance.

Many years ago I issued a challenge to all of the chelas of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom. At that time, I asked that they invite and accept the Presence of an Ascended Being into their daily lives. I suggested that they treat that Being as a friend, companion and teacher, not only in their spiritual activities, but in their physical activities as well. I suggested several simple ways to accomplish this, such as setting an extra place at the table. Even when dining away from home, they could suggest that someone would be joining them. In their homes, a chair could be left uncluttered, reserved for their friend, and - if possible - a bed could even be left available for that friend to be their guest.

The chelas responded in many ways. Some gave it a try for a time, then forgot about it, or gave it up for other reasons. Others thought it silly and took it as a joke. A few individuals accepted my challenge as the learning experience it was meant to be. They were then able to tremendously increase their awareness of, and relationship to, the Ascended Masters and other great Cosmic Beings.

Perhaps you experience times when - wherever you are - there is often an empty seat next to you. If you have wondered about this, I hope I have shed a new light upon these experiences. This is only one of many tools at your command to increase your awareness of those of us in the ascended realms. During the coming months we will share other ways, as well.

For those of you to whom this idea has never occurred, I offer my challenge once again. Will you accept my offer in the spirit of love with which it is given?
