An Invitation to Participate...
As the Beloved Karmic Board convenes twice yearly to consider petitions submitted by the Chohans and other Cosmic Beings, and also the chelas who wish to take part, it is time to join this Activity once again. The meetings are held prior to January and July each year at the Grand Teton Retreat, with decisions forthcoming on the 1st day of those months. Classes to support the petitions of the Ascended Masters in behalf of world progress will be held at Shamballa on consecutive evenings at 8:00 PM (EST) from Monday, June 24 through Sunday, June 30, if you care to join your energies with ours for this purpose. Also, if you wish to submit your petitions (in a sealed envelope marked "Petition Class" on the outside) to be combined with ours, we will be happy to consign them to the Flames on the evening of June 30th, following the closing Class.

Beloved Chelas and Students of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom,
I greet you with all the Love and Dedication of my Being, and I thank you for your happiness at my offer to act as the Enfolding Spirit for the New Year of 1991, just born upon this beautiful Planet. You know I have held the Divine Blueprint for the planet Earth from its conception in the minds and hearts of the God Parents of this Galaxy, Beloved Helios and Vesta. It is I who act as the Channel of Complete Concentration whenever and wherever "I AM" called upon to serve. That means that all the Mighty Elohim who serve this Galaxy use this channel through which to pour and anchor their specific service. We―the Builders of Form, work as ONE MIGHTY AND UNITED FOCUS OF LIGHT.
This is easy to understand if you think about the necessity of all of the qualities of the Godhead which are required to accomplish anything of lasting value. So it is that whenever I have a need for an intensification of a quality other than my own specialization―so to speak―I merely turn my attention to the Elohim who represents that quality in the most concentrated form. For instance―to turn my full power of Concentration upon the task of creating the Earth―it was necessary for me to UNIFY and BALANCE my Gift of total Concentration upon, first―the Blueprint held within the Mind and Heart of the Silent Watcher for the Earth.
Secondly, having absorbed its every detail, I turned my attention to Mighty Hercules, who had volunteered to act as the Channel for the Divine Will of the God Parents in building the form of the Earth. I totally immersed myself into his Great Power of Will, until that Gift became as my own. Then―turning my attention to the Great Cassiopeia, I again totally immersed myself into his Gift of Illumination and the Power of the Attention, which is closely allied with my own special abilities. As I did so, I absorbed into myself the fullness of his Gift.
That will give you an idea of how I came to total attunement―or, as you like to use the word, "at-one-ment"―with each and every Quality of the Godhead. Of course, I cannot fully describe the beauty and fulfillment that One experiences when he enters into total Unity with another part of life at the Ascended level of Being. I would not attempt to do so, for it is better if I encourage you toward attaining this experience for yourself. You experience this to some degree in your human experiences, but it is only the most elementary idea. Nevertheless, it is enough to keep you searching until you come to the point where you truly find!
The first time you will truly experience the Unity of which I speak will be when you receive what is referred to as "Illumination". This will, and must, occur while you are yet wearing the physical garment. It means, in the simplest possible terms, to come to the point where you understand and accept with the mind and the feelings, and are able to receive throughout the physical vehicle as well, the spiritual knowledge of your Unity with God. When this moment comes―and I guarantee you that it shall―you will KNOW―and no longer just BELIEVE―in the total dominion of your "I AM" PRESENCE throughout your Being and world. There will be no more question in your mind or feelings whatsoever!
You will no longer be burdened with the unknown and unrevealed contents of your etheric vehicle, for it, too, will be open to you. Nothing will be hidden, and you will have no need to judge, for you will be enabled to ACT as the FULL EXPRESSION of your Holy Christ Self right there on the physical plane where you now reside in consciousness.
It is this coming event that I wish to speak to you about right now. All of you have been experiencing some difficulties in your personal and collective worlds. It has been difficult for you to understand, even with the gift of knowledge you have been receiving over the years from the Great Masters of Light and those of us Who work with and through them for the benefit of your Planet Earth. Beloved Ones, it is so much more important than you can possibly realize with the finite mind that you HOLD THE LIGHT OF GOD TO BE COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY IN CONTROL RIGHT NOW AND FOREVER SUSTAINED!―I repeat this statement once again! You must HOLD THE LIGHT OF GOD TO BE COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY IN CONTROL RIGHT NOW AND FOREVER SUSTAINED!
You all volunteered at the inner levels, in the Ascension Temple, before taking embodiment for this time, to HOLD THE LIGHT for the Planet Earth. We know it is not an easy task, and most of you did bring with you certain necessary situations that require your full and complete transmutation. You understand my meaning. In this respect, much has been accomplished, but there may be some vestiges of misqualified energy still remaining for your transmutation. This is up to you, for we cannot interfere. You stand too close to Self-Mastery for us to do other than watch and wait.
I do not infer that we will not help you. It only means that you already have the tools of understanding and accomplishment, within your hands, and you must use these tools. This is extremely important, and you must concentrate deeply upon freeing yourselves from any personal negative reactions to your fellow travelers. Make no mistake about it, for I never censure, but only speak the complete and total Truth to you. Otherwise I would not be fulfilling my Divine Plan, for all Beings in the Universe do have their missions to fulfill―and not just the people of Earth!
Submit your consciousness completely to the Power of Truth within yourselves, and be not afraid! Beloved Pallas Athena will help you to perceive the Truth, and She will help you to come to the right ways of transmuting whatever may be necessary. I will help you also, to maintain the concentration required, and My Beloved Crystal will work with you, as well. There is something of which I would remind you, and that is that we have another gift which is often overlooked, and that is the Gift of Inner Hearing―oh, so necessary at this point in your evolution.
I tell you now, I speak to you as a Chela, and not as one who merely looks with curiosity upon the Spiritual Path. There is much at stake.
You may be aware of the dispensation which is offered to the Great Masters of Light to be invested in their Planet during each century cycle. There is a specific quota of Light which may be invested by them in the projects, individuals, or groups which they feel will be of the most possible benefit to channel and anchor this Light into the mass consciousness.
In the 20th century, this quota was allocated to the Ascended Master's forwarding of the knowledge of the "I AM" Presence within the hearts and minds of the race. It was necessary to bring forth the tools required for the most efficient use of energy to purify the mass consciousness of the Earth and harmonize its people. The tools are the knowledge and use of the Sacred Violet Transmuting Flame, and the use of Decrees and Invocation to implement Its use. I do not refer to specific organization, but to an ACTIVITY OF LIGHT. The movement of the "I AM" PRESENCE includes several groups of people and their related activities but it is not my purpose to name them, but rather to inform you that The BRIDGE TO SPIRITUAL FREEDOM is the specific channel through which the BALANCING ACTIVITY of the PLANETARY THREE-FOLD FLAME will take place during the final decade of this century.
The reason for this is that it is the largest organized Activity of the Great White Brotherhood upon the planet Earth at this time which operates openly under a specific Principle of Divine Brotherhood. That is the policy of non-exclusion of any individuals or groups from the Activity of the Bridge to Spiritual Freedom because of other group affiliations, or religious persuasions. It exists as an organization for the purpose of teaching and implementing Spiritual Truth and Action upon the physical plane, as released through it by the Great White Brotherhood and other Cosmic Beings. It is based upon the Cosmic Law which states that the return energies of the people involved who accept this philosophy, and do their best to live by its precepts, must balance the outpouring received in some significant manner.
The level of acceptance and the outpicturing thereof―as you can easily realize―depends upon the level of consciousness of each individual member and his abilities, but does not exclude him from making his effort and contribution to the good of All Life upon the Earth and in its atmosphere as best he can.
Beloved Ones, “I AM” WITH YOU, and my Love surrounds you―each one―as you move forward into this decade. Think upon my words, and do the very best you can in fulfilling the Vows you have taken, for your consciousness is greatly expanding. So it must be, for you are acting as the LIGHT OF THE WORLD at this moment in time, and I support you in your every effort to BLAZE the LIGHT OF THE COSMIC CHRIST throughout the planet Earth.
