Children of the One Supreme Source, I come to you this morning through a glorious spherical expression of Light, and as we proceed in my talk with you, I shall elaborate on that statement. Thank you for the acknowledgment of my Presence by rising. Will you now kindly be seated?

All of the Silent Watchers of this Planet were informed of my coming directly to the Earth today, and we have consulted as to what means we should employ which would give the Earth the greatest Blessing, and I shall ask you now to please use your faculties of visualization.

Since the opening of this Conference on Sunday, I have directed a Ray of Pure White Light from my Being into the substance of this Earth here at Shamballa. The location of that Light is in the Focus of the Buddha in the Garden.

Why there? This is a focal point on the grounds for the Radiation of the balancing activity of the Almighty which our Beloved Gautama set forth in his Teaching, when he was known as Gautama Buddha... the Middle Way is achieved by the Law of Harmony. Bear in mind, as you return to your individual orbits, that the Immortal Three-fold Flame of Life is pulsating in the Earth at this point.

The Immortal Three-fold Flame at the Royal Teton and at the Retreat of Harmony located in Waikiki in Hawaii are tied together by the Light which forms the Balancing Power for this Earth, and is anchored at Shamballa.

The Anchorage of these specific Foci are not in any building, they are right in the substance of this Earth. At a later date, should we consider it the part of wisdom, we shall advise you of other strategic locations on the Earth's surface where Cosmic Flames will manifest. When I use the word manifest, I do so because I am referring to VISIBLE TANGIBLE FLAMES which are the Pure Essence of the Cosmic Creator of us all!

As the years proceed, and as time becomes centuries, edifices crumble into dust, but you can be sure that the Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame of Almighty God will continue to blaze forth from the substance of the Earth where it is now pulsating in these three locations, and be visible to the sight of those in embodiment.

In the Permanent Golden Age, all will be pure in heart, and mighty will be the Radiation and Power of the visible Flame. I am not as yet privileged to give you more information about this at this time, but contemplating what Message I would bring to you, I studied carefully the Plan for the Earth which is held in my Heart, and counseling with the Beloved Lord of the World and others, it was believed to be a propitious time for the bringing forth, in physical form, the Focus of the Buddha in the Garden at Shamballa, and to tell you of the Cosmic Importance of this manifestation.

This is part of the Great Plan heralding the time when the Flame of Love, Wisdom and Power will be visible to the eyes of purified humanity. Visualization is part of precipitation, and the energy which you release from your beings can become a part of this visible Flame.

In the Permanent Golden Age, all will be pure in heart as I have aforesaid, but to consciously be aware, in advance, that you can have a specific part in a manifestation of such magnitude, is an earned privilege, and I make that statement in all the sincerity and love of my Being!

When Beloved Sanat Kumara and other Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy traveled a few months ago to Hawaii, a Focus was established there on the Land of Lemuria. I am not permitted to reveal the location, for it would attract the attention of the curious... and that is the last thing we desire to do. At that point, a small statue of the Buddha was placed, right into the substance of the Earth where it will remain in its sacred site until the time when the Golden Age is firmly established.

May I suggest that you close your eyes and travel in consciousness to Hawaii and see the Three-fold Flame pulsating in Waikiki... Now travel to the Royal Teton in Wyoming and see the Immortal Three-fold Flame blazing from the surface of that Holy Peak.

You know that the continental United States is the Heart of the Planet, and you can perhaps now realize why the possession of Hawaii became the 50th State. Mu on the West Coast, the Royal Teton on the Mainland and Atlantis (Long Island) on the East Coast are intense Foci of the Middle Way, as those who are in physical embodiment shall one day see, and those of you who have journeyed to the Inner Realms will have the privilege of viewing from that Estate.

Revere... O revere... my children, this particular Focus in the Garden of Shamballa, and always approach it in a dignified and reverent manner, for the Power of its Light will be felt by all who come into its Sanctified Aura.

In the name of all that is Holy, we do not wish any fanatical demonstrations on the part of any of the chelas. To do so would only demonstrate that you have little understanding of its true meaning! Prayer benches have been provided for silent contemplation. Hold this picture so firmly in your consciousness that when you return to your homes, you can better direct your attention here. When you do so, you will be exceedingly blessed by the Radiance of the Blessed Gautama’s Love!

In the beginning of this Release I mentioned a Cosmic Sphere of Light around the Planet today. This has been formed by the Silent Watchers of all Nations - Cities, Towns and Hamlets. When the Dawn came over the horizon, I turned my attention to the activity of the Day, and the Silent Watchers energized the Light which ties us together. When I approached the Etheric Shamballa, the Light from the various Beings who are serving with me blazed forth like a mighty fountain, and as this Light expanded, the Earth was encompassed in a circular activity made up of the cascading Light from our Beings.

The special activity of the Silent Watchers will continue through the conclusion of these Classes on Sunday, and I entreat the Almighty that the Essence of the Flame of Balance, the Middle Way, will find acceptance in the hearts of all. The Plan for the Earth is BALANCE. We must have chelas who are stabilized in all their activities to serve with us in the Cosmic Push which is approaching, and we are placing our hope and trust in the dedicated lifestreams who have been the recipients of our Blessings and Guidance these many years!

Can you imagine the feeling in the Heart of the Silent Watcher who has energized a picture for eons, and then sees that the time is not too far distant when that Project will outpicture! An individual goes through a number of years and develops certain ideas within his consciousness, and as the plans become manifest there is great joy in his heart, and that is just in one embodiment.

Consider the role of a Silent Watcher, who waits for centuries and centuries to pass for a single expression of the Will of God to outpicture. We humbly and gratefully hold firm to the design given to us, for we know that the expansion of God's Kingdom is taking place and the magnificent God Ideas will bring great Happiness and the God way of Life to the evolutions of this Earth. To be a co-server with the Supreme Source, in full awareness, is a privilege beyond the ken of the human! No matter how insignificant you may think your service, always realize your harmonious energy is necessary for the fulfillment of the great Cosmic Plan - otherwise the Father-Mother God would not have sent you forth, in Love, from the Heart of Creation.

Tread softly, children of light, and be cognizant always that you are tied into the Cosmic Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame, which is holding the Balance for the Earth and blazing its mighty Love, Wisdom and Power in the Etheric Shamballa, and upon which no human can look because of the intensity of its Light. How significant that the Focus of its great Power is being consciously anchored into the physical substance of the Earth, anticipating the time when this Island will be returned to its glorious Perfection... and Shamballa will be lowered to the landed surface, bringing with it all the glorious Perfection which is held in the Heart of the Beloved Clove, mighty Being of Light, who is the Silent Watcher for this Island. How lovingly and patiently she awaits the day when this Cosmic Plan shall become a Reality.

Cannot you, who are aware, to a degree of coming events, accept in true Grace, that you are privileged above all men who walk this Earth, and determine within yourself THIS VERY INSTANT that you will hold the Harmony required for you to be an active participant in the Sacred Plans which are being revealed to you.

HARMONY is the Key. It has been placed in your hands and hearts. What you do with it shall determine your further participation in the expanded Plans of the Spiritual Hierarchy. Surely you will realize that the Truth within this release is of an advanced and meaningful nature, and that being armed with these facts you will experience a deeper understanding of serving in a Cosmic Capacity, knowing that within your own garments is that pulsating Call of the Father-Mother God. Nurture it by the Love and Harmony of your being, and let the Golden Man walk the Earth through you.

These are days of tremendous Cosmic Import, and wise is he who heeds our Directives. All of our Releases are pregnant with meaning, and there is much that can be read between the lines.
