Hallowed be the Sacred Name of God "I AM", our Father who art in Heaven blessed be thy Holy Name "I AM"; thy Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. 

Blessed, beloved of the Light, I come this day into your presence to bring you the Blessings of the Father-Mother God, to illumine your consciousness, to take you out of the human self into the Holy Christ - your rightful Identity! While you are still standing I would like to tell you a few of the guests of Heaven who are in your midst today, and I shall pause after each name so that you may receive their Holy Benediction. My sacred and most blessed, beloved Mary - mother of my embodiment as Jesus, the beloved Serapis Bey of Luxor, who assisted me in my Mission on this Earth - with whom I serve, as we endeavor to bring the Christ Consciousness to all mankind. The beloved Archii Faith and our beloved Lady Miriam, who offered you the Sacred Chalice of her Consciousness from which to drink - every time her glorious Keynote 'Panis Angelicus' is played, her attention immediately comes to the focus from whence it proceeds, and you receive her magnificent Blessing. 

Now my beloved ones, thank you for standing, will you kindly be seated. 

If I were to name all who are in your midst today there would not be much time for anything else. Let me look into the eyes of each one of you - for I want you to feel my Love - I LOVE YOU, my beloved sheep. I have often been depicted as the Shepherd, and you were the sheep in my fold you notice I say "you were the sheep". I say to you this day, you are the Shepherds and you have a tremendous responsibility to the evolutions of this Earth; they are your sheep, and you shall be held accountable before the Cosmic Law for the manner in which you feed them. 

Beloved ones, Shamballa is so beautiful today. Beloved Gautama, beloved Holy Æolus and all the Host of Heaven are so grateful to you, blessed ones, for the true feeling of Love which is emanating from your beings. This Holy Island is filled with Angels of the Violet Fire! Lord Michael's Legions and the Legions of the Ascension and Resurrection Flames, and at the close of this Address they shall encircle the Earth as they take the ribbons of Light from my Luminous Presence in the Thought Form to help mankind to feel the Presence of the Christ within. 

My beloved ones, what a tremendous opportunity you have this day. I say COME YE OUT OF THE TOMB OF THE ARROGANT SELF: DON YOUR ROBES OF THE HOLY CHRIST SELF. 

Children of Light, I plead with you today for the evolutions of this Planet. All over this blessed Earth there are festering causes and cores of imperfection, and as the Divine Alchemy of the Sacred Fire cleans one out - another springs up. It is like the human body, if you remove some impurity which shows on the outer, if the inner cause - the lifestream and bloodstream are not cleaned up, it will manifest again. I say with all the determination of my Being, if you love the Lord, thy God, kneel within your hearts this very moment and dedicate yourselves to expanded service in the Light. As you drink the Sacred Essence from the Chalice of God's Heart, holding it in the hands of your Holy Christ Self, you will be so filled with that buoyant feeling of Joy; so filled with the love of Life that you will be able to cradle the blessed Earth and all her evolutions within your consciousness, and you will feel no separateness, just the love of the Sacred Life Essence which is beating the hearts of all. 

You may think 'O Master, we are still in flesh bodies.' May I remind you that I walked the Earth in a flesh garment; I know all the difficulties which come to the door of one in a physical garment. I had the Holy Mother Mary holding the Concept of the Pure Christ Self for me at all times, and all through the centuries she has continued to hold the Picture of the Holy Christ for each of you. She sees not the frailties of the human; they may manifest, but with one great pulsation of Love from her Heart, she places a mantle of her Love about you and all the evolutions upon this Earth. All during the time we have been sending forth the particular acceleration from the Resurrection Temple, I have been saying within myself - what can I do, individually, for that magnificent Lady of Light. Then one day I decided I should make a Petition to the Karmic Board, and it has been granted. This is its substance: You will soon be entering the activity of Consecration of the souls at the Sacred Heart Temple, and I have asked that everyone who comes to the Sacred Heart Temple, who still has imperfection in their life-streams, that half of that karma will be transmuted. 

Thank you, my beloved ones, will you kindly be seated. 

Oh, how I love you, all of Heaven loves you, and I humbly bow to that Christ Self which is beating your hearts. As I speak these words to you, beloved ones, I feel the return current, that sacred pulsation of Love coming to me, and I am truly grateful, grateful, so grateful, my beloved ones. 

Well, you know the Cosmic Law seizes every Opportunity you have stood in recognition of this Petition, and you have tied your energy into it, so I am going to ask each of you, and all the beloved ones who will read my words, that you pledge yourselves to give added assistance to the incoming lifestreams, surely that is not too much to ask. I know you will lovingly do so, for I say to you the abortive activity that is taking place on this earth IS A DISGRACE. Think of the souls and the preparation at the Sacred Heart Temple before they enter into the womb of the physical mother on this earth; they come in with half of their karma transmuted, and for some reason or another they are destroyed for this embodiment. Think about the karma of all concerned in this activity! The Cosmic Law is one of balance and do not ever be concerned for a moment about over-population. 

The Cosmic Law is exact, as I have said, and all who have fulfilled as much as they can of their Divine Plan on Earth, for one reason, or another, be it the aged or the youth, will be gathered up in the Arms of Lord Michael and Lord Zadkiel and taken across the great Abyss. BLESS, bless, O bless the youth - the illumined lifestreams who are upon this Earth today and those yet to come. I say those souls coming in are magnificent, and we are grateful for the Dispensation two years ago for the youth up to and including eighteen years of age, so many have grasped the feeling of the Christ, not of Jesus, but the Christ Principle! If they care to use the name of Jesus, the great momentum which has been built, well and good, they are preparing themselves for greater Truth. O my lovely ones, I tell you we are greatly encouraged by the advancement in the consciousness, not only of the chelas, but of the peoples upon this Earth. This gives me great encouragement, for beloved Serapis Bey and I are serving together in the Activity of the Flame of Unity, and it is our responsibility to assist all Life in the realization that the lower vehicles are just the instruments through which the Holy Christ Self should function. 

Now, I would like to go, for a moment, to the Resurrection Temple - let us go there in Consciousness. You know there are seven corridors, for the very reason that as you advance in consciousness you enter into a higher rate of vibration and some of the chelas have been wondering about the Keynote, and about whether we were right in saying that 'A Perfect Day was the Keynote of the Resurrection Temple! Ah, my blessed ones, this is a sign of growth, we would not chastise you for that! It is a Perfect Day when the consciousness comes on bended knee to the outer corridors and says "Father, let me in, let me in, O Father, I crave the activity, the Benediction of the Resurrection Flame." You have been recently told that the chelas have advanced closer to the Flame, and it is my privilege today to tell you that the Keynote of the Retreat, in the more advanced sections or corridors, is 'A Pilgrim's Song of Hope.' See how the very words tie in to the Resurrection Temple: The pilgrims on this Planet Earth come to the Resurrection Temple with Hope in their hearts, and we welcome each blessed one. Beloved Hope and beloved Gabriel, those mighty Beings who serve in the Resurrection Temple are grateful that we are making this announcement at this time. Remember, the next time the Resurrection Retreat is open, a year hence, the Keynote will be 'A Pilgrim's Song of Hope'. 

My beloved ones, I love you, I salute the Christ within your hearts, and I call forth the Blessings of the Supreme Source, the Father-Mother God, upon all of you; upon all of Life, and I plead with you with all the Love of my Heart to accept your responsibility to the Cosmic Law as Shepherds of the race!

When one is unhampered by the 'veil' of maya it is easy to look upon the Divine Image and pledge one's soul to externalizing that perfection on Earth. I was but one who made such a pledge and vow! Through the kindness and loving cooperation of my Beloved Mother Mary, my Father Saint Joseph, the Angelic Host and many loving individuals who are as yet unascended, I was enabled to manifest my own Divine Pattern right here, in the physical appearance world, and so I was able to give certain inspiration, hope, healing and strength to the spiritual as well as the physical selves of mankind. I am making the call NOW that others among you - who have made a like vow to externalize the Christ, may have the strength, the love, the constancy and the assistance from Ascended and unascended friends alike, to manifest that mastery.
