Oh thou Supreme Source of All Life, I bow in reverence, humility and gratitude for the privilege of being a Cell in the Heart of thy Being, and on this day honoring the anchorage of the Permanent Ray for the re-location of Shamballa into the physical substance of this Earth on the Holy Ground of Long Island, my Heart wells with gratitude for all those blessed and dedicated chelas who have taken part in Its establishment, as ordained by Cosmic Edict. 

As was the case when the first City of Light was built eons ago, the illuminati of the race came for instruction so that they might go forth to teach the masses, so shall this pattern repeat itself in the not too distant future from Long Island. The time is rapidly approaching when this will become a manifest fact. 

Those who have been privileged to come to the physical site have felt the Radiation of the Holy City which is pulsating in the Etheric Realm over the designated location, and blessed are they who are nurturing that buoyant feeling, giving them renewed determination to serve the Light in expanded capacity. 

Would that you could see with the physical sight the mighty Assembly of Cosmic and Ascended Guests who are convened here to celebrate the first anniversary of the establishment of Shamballa over and on Long Island.  

Transmission of the Flame Ceremony 

Last Saturday evening, November 20th, we held the first Transmission of the Flame Ceremony from this Focus, and it was magnificent indeed. 

As you know, the Immortal Three-fold Flame containing the Permanent Atom for this Planet Earth is in a private room, as the intensity of the Light would be too great for the vehicles of the chelas. Therefore, we have another Flame Room adjacent to the Holy of Holies. 

The combined Flame Rooms form a circle, but are divided so that each forms a semi-circle. Behind the Altar in the room wherein is anchored the Secret Immortal Flame is a wall which separates this room designated for the Cosmic and Ascended Beings from that in which the chelas and other members of the race assemble. It is of a substance which permits the Great Beings, while facing the Altar to look upon the chelas, without the chelas being able to see into the private room. The other half, or room for the chelas, duplicates the Main Flame Room, with the exception that an 'ember' from the Permanent Atom blazes in the Brazier. 

Blessed children of my Heart, you do not have any concept of the Love the Spiritual Hierarchy, particularly for those chelas who are serving the Light to the best of their spiritual advancement, providing for us a way and means to more quickly reach the mass of mankind. 

Permit me to recite for you an example of that Love. 

A Gift of Love from Beloved Hilarion 

Beloved Hilarion with his great scientific momentum applied to me for permission to set up a 'screen' that is as close a description as I find words to express, enveloping the Altar in the secondary Flame Room, which would duplicate the activities in the Main Room, allowing those assembled to view a projection of what was taking place during the actual Ceremony, but stepping down the intensity of the Light, thus permitting the chelas the great privilege of visual participation. Is that not Love? 

The response in your etheric vehicles was more than worth the energy required for this innovations God bless and protect you, each dear heart, for so enthusiastically entering into the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony, and accepting the impression of its magnificence in your vehicles and recording the memory of the First Transmission of the Flame Ceremony from Shamballa. 

As I had the great honor of energizing the Flame, standing to my right was Holy Æolus, and to my left the Maha Chohan. Immediately in front of the Flame was our so loved Regent, Sanat Kumara, who will always be closely tied to Shamballa by reason of his Love and Sacrifice for the mankind of this Earth, and the very Planet itself. Immediately in front of Beloved Sanat Kumara stood my aide, the Buddha (Lord Divino) whom you formerly knew as Lord Maitreya, and to his right and left respectively, Beloved Jesus and Kuthumi, World Teachers. 

On the Outbreath of the Flame, one could see its very substance made up of tiny Threefold Flames, and as a gift of Blessed and Holy Æolus, in the very center of the Flame was a miniature Dove. The Spiritual Hierarchy is always drawing forth from their Beings ways and means of bringing about certain desired effects on the Earth and in its atmosphere. And truly when there is balance in the beings of the peoples of this Planet, there will be Peace! Oh Father of All Light hasten the day of that manifestation! This is my Heart's Prayer! 

Bringing in the Sheaves 

At the time when you bring in your sheaves, November 30th, we shall all be assembled in the outer Flame Room and we anticipate with great happiness mankind's harvest for the year. Oh Flame of Gratitude abide ever within the beings of the chelas so they shall always be cognizant of thy sweet anointing, and through that feeling, become imbued with the desire to have reverence for life. 

Blessed ones, we in the Higher Octaves reverence and bless every minute particle of life, for we know that all energy contains within itself, at the heart center, the Essence of the Creator, in no matter what clothing it may be presently garbed. 

Thanksgiving at Shamballa 

Oh, how beautiful this time of Thanksgiving at Shamballa. And now with the Yearly Class in which the chelas participate in their sanctuaries and homes, the happiness in our Beings is intensified. You know, the visitations to Shamballa by the Spiritual Hierarchy at this time of year have always been a time of respite from specific dedicated energies to a certain Cause, which will through their energies assist in bringing about Perfection on Earth. It has formerly been a time of visitation of the Members with those they ordinarily do not have much contact during the twelve month period, by reason of Their serving in a specific line of endeavor. 

And what do you think has happened - every being, without exception, has decided to make these 'personal' meetings of short duration, so they can plunge more deeply into the activities required for the salvation of this Earth and her evolutions. I believe you have a title of a song which goes something like 'oh love that will not let me go, to which I say the Love of the Great Ones embodies the feeling of 'oh Love Divine which I could not let go', for every thought, word or deed is an expansion of the Love of The Father of all Light, the Cosmic "I AM" Presence. 

I pray that those who shall hear these words and those who shall read them will feel deep in the recesses of their beings the Radiation of this Pure Divine Love, that Holy Essence which is found in all energy, sometimes waiting for acknowledgment, but nonetheless ever-present.
