YOU CAN HELP OTHER NATIONS 

When a person's lifestream has lived in previous embodiments on any landed surface of the Earth there is an invisible tunnel of Force that remains between his present whereabouts and that particular location, and this tunnel of force is a marvelous conductor for the light and energy drawn by a lifestream in the service of the Light. This is not only true of present incarnations, but in the etheric consciousness there are records of every incarnation where the lifestream has served the Light, and this being so, this consciously awakened lifestream can be utilized by the Gods to help those particular nations where the individual has incarnated, because the momentum already drawn saves both you and us a tremendous expenditure of the God life-force. 

THE VISIT OF THE MASTER 

In the visitation of the chela by the Master it is required by Cosmic Law that each vibratory action be stepped down to a point where the chela may receive the currents, benefit by them, be raised gradually to a point of attunement with his God-Identity. Such is the mercy of the Cosmic Law that through sensitive and highly developed individuals we are enabled to soften the radiation of our splendor and give the personal benediction and grace to the earnest ones. Blessed are they who sense such a Presence and honor the Cup which contains the Holy Communion between God and man. 

DISSIPATE CONCENTRATED RECORDS OF EVIL 

The Strait of Magellan at the Southern tip of South America is a focus of concentrated evil from a previous civilization, which accounts for its almost unnavigable condition today and for the innumerable shipwrecks that have occurred there. Wherever there are repeated catastrophes of nature there are concentrated records of evil that can be dissipated by a call to the Cosmic Being Astraea and to Lord Michael to transmute that concentrated force. This is important because Antarctica in the coming changes will become inhabitable land. 

CLEAR YOUR BRAIN STRUCTURE 

It is to the advantage of the student to clear his own brain structure as quickly as possible and increase the vibratory action of his lower bodies to a point where he can function consciously at will at the level of his own Causal Body, which vibrates at the same rate as the Ascended Master Consciousness. When this has been accomplished he can easily tune into the Ascended Master Consciousness through raising his own thought and feeling into the heart of his Causal Body as a man now tunes in a physical radio set for a desired program. 

PERSONALITY, SOUL AND BODY CONSCIOUSNESS 

Along life's pathway we have developed what is known as a personality, a soul and a body consciousness. These three functions in the outer world and make up the individual known by a certain name and by certain characteristics, yet inside the soul you will find the Spiritual Spark which one day will completely transmute the soul, the personality and the body entity into a spiritual essence which becomes the eternal garment of the God Self. Toward this end you must aspire, invoking the spiritual center, not only of your own being but that of all that you contact. 

ESTABLISH A PULSATION OF HARMONY 

I suggest to you the following decree: "Beloved Harmony establish a Cosmic, rhythmic pulsation of Cosmic Harmony in my home, my family and those I hold near and dear, and let it expand, expand, forever expand and be eternally sustained". These rhythmic pulsations of Light will begin to make your aura peaceful and a happy place to be and that will live eternally because the pulsation of the Flame is the natural activity of the Light. 

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF THE CHELA 

In the association between Master and student, the lifestream is, of course, greatly accelerated, but the association is always based on the service which such a chela may render to the Master by reason of this individual privilege and outpouring. When an individual is fortunate enough to come under the personal Ray of an Ascended Being it is because the Spiritual Hierarchy hope that such a one, by receiving of this mighty privilege, will become a co-creator with God and a co-worker with the Brotherhood and will therefore return to the Universe enough God Energy to balance the outpouring from the Master. 

COSMIC LIGHT 

The Ascended Masters are Focuses endowed with the Creative Principle by which there is constantly emanating from their lifestreams a powerful radiation which flows through the Universe in the same impersonal manner that the sunlight radiated from the physical Sun is poured forth upon the planets of the System. This Cosmic Radiation is a Light to the Universe, enriching the Ascended Master Consciousness as a whole and filling the upper atmosphere with a more concentrated power for good. Thus the Ascended Master is a cosmic outpouring and radiating Center like unto the Sun, the stars and the other Planets of the System, and in such a capacity the outpouring of his Spiritual Force (known to you as Cosmic Light) is used by the Great Beings Who direct the courses of systems and galaxies, in a manner, for the most part, unknown to man.
