The Shamballa Letter

VOLUME 15, Number 37                                                                                          September 10, 1993

Beloved Friends,

When we began our training program a few months ago, you were asked to use your Spiritual Journal to record your experiences with the Silence. This was done for two reasons. First, we desired to focus the majority of your attention upon seeking the Silence. Secondly, we wished to help you establish a daily rhythm of writing in your journal. Now, I would like to help you change your perspective somewhat, regarding the purpose of your journal.

I would like to emphasize that the Journal is not to be considered a personal diary. Rather, it is to be fashioned as a tool by and for your Inner Christ, to manifest creative action through your lifestream in accordance with the Divine Plan.

In his embodiment as the Apostle Paul, Hilarion said, "By faith we understand that the world was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was made out of things which do not appear." Through the Word of God I AM, the world is re-created every moment of every day. Proper use of your Spiritual Journal will help you to consciously re-create your world, in accordance with the perfect balance of Divine Love, Wisdom and Power embodied by your Inner Christ. In the most simple terms, it will help to accomplish this by focusing your attention upon Divine Truth, expanding your conscious unity with Divine Mind, and holding your vision upon the Inner Christ, rather than the outer illusion.

In keeping with these goals, I offer the following practical guidelines for your use:

1. Write in your journal often - daily, if possible. Especially, I suggest that you connect your journalistic activities with your time of contemplation by writing in your journal following your communion with the Silence. In this way, you will be writing from within a vibration of Divine Love, Peace, Wisdom and Faith.

2.  In keeping with the Principle of the Creative Word, all entries should be made with understanding of the creative power of thought, word and action. Every entry in your journal pertains to all three of these creative tools, and should remain positive in nature. All self-statements shall be expressed in the constructive tone of 'I AM' messages. This is a most important point and adherence to this principle will help to re-educate your mental and emotional bodies to think the thoughts of the Christ.

3.  Always invoke your Inner Christ to write through you. In this way you learn to listen for the Voice of your Christ, and to discern that Voice from the many voices of the lower bodies.

As you adhere to these guidelines, you will find that your Spiritual Journal will begin to take on new meaning and importance in your personal evolution. Through use of your journal, you will begin to draw the Illumination of Divine Mind into your being and world in earnest, manifesting the balanced activities of the sacred threefold flame in your Heart. As you become more deeply involved in this understanding, your creativity is awakened and activated, and you shall bring forth ideas which are of assistance - not only to yourself - but also to others with whom you have influence.

I behold you now, pure and perfect, as I bow within my Heart to your mighty Christ Flame! I love you!

Kuthumi
