Blessed Chelas,
Last week I offered some guidelines to assist you in making your Spiritual Journal most efficacious to your upward journey. Today, I would like to discuss these guidelines in finer detail.
My first suggestion was that you write in your journal - daily, if possible - following your communion with the Great Silence. I would like to point out that it is less important that you write in your journal every day, than that you find a rhythm which is comfortable to you - and then stick to it! If writing in your journal every day seems burdensome, then set a schedule of every two or three days for yourself. However, be vigilant! Keep in mind your early experiences in seeking the stillness, and learn from those experiences. It may be helpful to spend some time in reflection, referring to the early part of our training program, and the entries you made in your Journal at that time. As always, we in the Ascended Master Octave are available to assist you in any way possible.
The second suggestion centered around the Principle of the Creative Word. I know that you are aware of this principle, and that you try to fashion your words, thoughts and deeds in a manner that is in agreement with it. Your personal Spiritual Journal will greatly accelerate your awareness of the finer points of this principle, as you become more conscious of the words and thoughts you use in your most private moments. Sometimes, words and thoughts move through the mental and emotional vehicles so quickly, that the utmost vigilance is required to consciously recognize and adjust each one. When you are disturbed by a situation or appearance of discord in the world around you, it is sometimes a real challenge to frame every word of every thought in positive terms.
This seeming dilemma carries in its hands a gift for you - and this brings me to our third guideline: Invoke your Holy Christ Self to write through you! If you follow this third suggestion, and then find yourself writing a statement which seems negative in any way, you can be assured that the statement is issuing forth from the human and not the Divine! This can be your signal to stop, become still, and listen for the voice of your Christ!
What seems to be a 'problem' to the human mind becomes an 'opportunity' in the Hands of the Christ! Every 'dilemma' becomes a 'challenge! Do you see beloved ones? Use your journal as the tool that it is, and transmute, transmute, transmute!
Breathe deeply, my friends, and feel me now within your aura! We have journeyed far together, and still have a distance to go. I AM so grateful to be allowed to accompany you on this great adventure! There are immense riches within your innermost being, and as always, there is great joy in the discovery!
