The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 14, Number 28 July 10, 1992
My Beloved Chelas,
I made the personal request of my brother, Kuthumi, to write to you this week. He has mentioned to you that I focus the Ray of God's Will into his Teaching Center here at Shamballa. In preparation for my letter and recommendations, I took the opportunity of observing your auras this past week. I can see that you have been working to clear and strengthen your personal forcefields. Nothing could please me more than to see that the students follow the recommendations of the Teacher!
My heart is filled with happiness to be a part of all that is developing at this time. I am especially gratified by the expansion of your understanding and your willingness to take more responsibility for assisting others. As you are now aware, when the mass consciousness becomes more fully awakened to spiritual understanding, the need for teachers of truth upon the physical plane also becomes more pressing.
A good teacher has certain qualifications which are a part of his or her being. These are the qualifications that we are attempting to build into your lower vehicles as you move ever higher in your own understanding. I wish to remind you of some of these important points.
When a person first awakens, he or she will only need to know about the next step on their path. It is not necessary to give more knowledge than is needed at the moment. Otherwise, a new student of Light may well be discouraged from going further. The spiritual path is not an easy one, but it is, and should be, a happy one. Each one of you knows what it is like to be overwhelmed by too much to think about all at once and too many things to be accomplished as you move forward in Light!
Think about ways in which you can teach points of Cosmic Law in uncomplicated language. Above all, watch your own consciousness carefully at all times, being absolutely certain that you do not harbor a desire to appear as one who has all the answers, to be a ‘leader’. To lead well is to walk beside, never blocking the Light from another. Cosmic Laws and Spiritual Truths are, and have always been freely available; however, evolving to a point where these Laws may be understood and accepted is a very individual process. A truly wise person always remembers that he, too, was once ignorant of many things.
Develop your happiness at the privilege and opportunity that is yours, for, as you stand upon the cusp of Saint Germain's New Age, it is largely up to you to lay all the groundwork upon which this New Age will be built. You did ask for this chance, and it was granted because you, each one, put forth the strongest plea to receive this opportunity. While I will be the first to say to you that I understand it is not the easiest path you might have chosen, I must tell you that you are blessed to walk upon it! Be determined to act upon this opportunity given! Above all, be grateful, and let your happiness grow until it becomes an inner Light that glows through all the circumstances you may face.
I ask that you develop patience, both with yourselves and especially with others. If you think you have already done this, look again!
Be a gentle man or woman. Do not approach another person with a too-forceful attitude, but rather with kindness and understanding. Remember that, in any case, including your own, understanding may not be forced, but comes to each one in its own way and time. It is a growing and ever-expanding experience, and you may help it along better through a gentle and loving attitude.
Encourage each person who comes to you with a positive attitude regarding their progress. Point out their successes, rather than their shortcomings or failures. Lead them always upward and onward in whatever ways you can. Let your greatest example of gentle, but positive enthusiasm, be beloved Saint Germain. Known as a gentleman in the most profound sense of the word, he has come before the Karmic Board, and before the Holy Triumvirate, and before the Cosmic Holy Spirit, Æolus himself, on your behalf, upon countless occasions. Often, with the smallest and seemingly most inconspicuous signs of progress made by each and every one of you, still he comes, seeking more assistance, more time and more patience to keep you moving forward on your paths!
I tell you this to keep you humble, and to let you know how very much you are loved! Saint Germain has earned the love and loyalty of every member of the Ascended Host, and Cosmic Beings throughout the Universe, because of his love, patience, and forever-expectant attitude toward your perfection, beloved chelas!
Follow him into the New Age of Spiritual Freedom for yourselves, your brothers and sisters in the family of man, and your beautiful planet Earth. Know that this may only be accomplished through your determination to become that which you teach to others! The highest form of Truth that can be presented upon the physical plane is to follow the concepts that you teach, and to never be untrue to them.
Remain constant forever to the Truth of God that sets all life free into the Light. I enfold you in my Heart of Purity, Truth and Anonymity.
