Beloved Chelas,
We now prepare to embark upon a study of the construction and meaning of decrees, which I know will be helpful to you in your future work on behalf of Saint Germain and all of us in the Octaves of Light. Beloved Saint Germain has requested that I begin this work by including a decree that he, himself, gives on your behalf. Please accept this as his humble offering to you, our chelas.
A DECREE FOR THE CHELAS FROM SAINT GERMAIN
"As the most powerful Name of God, I AM THAT I AM, I call forth the most intense activity of the sacred Transmuting Flame permitted by Cosmic Law, to flow freely through your Beings and worlds, each blessed one! For my chelas I, Saint Germain, make this call to beloved HELIOS and VESTA!
BLAZE THE LIGHT OF GOD through their physical bodies!
BLAZE THE LIGHT OF GOD through their etheric garments!
BLAZE THE LIGHT OF GOD through their mental worlds!
BLAZE THE LIGHT OF GOD through their emotional worlds!
PURIFY, PURIFY, PURIFY! Any shadow of substance that stands between them and the full realization that I walk with them RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW, and FOREVER SUSTAINED, upon this Earth I love so dearly!
Return this purified energy to the Great Central Sun, where it may be repolarized and returned to them as Faith, Illumination, Divine Love, and whatever is necessary for them to perceive the directives of their own Holy Christ Selves, and the Mighty Presence of God 'I AM', into whose arms they shall ascend!
I make this call with all the Love, Enthusiasm, and Gratitude of my being, for their every effort to MANIFEST the New Age of Spiritual Freedom upon this planet Earth! They are beloved of my Heart!
