My beloved students of Light, 

Just as you can and do influence the size and scope of foci of Light around the Earth, you are also the open doors to the externalization of these great centers of learn­ing and healing that will take place in the New Age of Spiritual Freedom. 

We have once again entered the time of year when the Resurrection Flame is in­tense in its activity. Although it is a part of the Fourth Ray, this Flame is closely con­nected with the activity of the Fifth Sphere, that of Truth, Consecration, Concentration, and Healing. The word "resurrect" means to bring back to life, or to revive. It is one aspect of restoration to which some thought should be given during this year, while the beloved Angel of Restoration is acting as one of the Sponsors of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom. 

As incoming lifestreams prepare to take embodiment, they spend time in the Temple of the Sacred Heart and in the Temple of Resurrection, as well, receiving instruc­tion from beloved Mary and Archangel Raphael. These two great Beings give completely of Themselves to all incoming spirits during this time. As the physical hearts of these lifestreams are being prepared, the use of the Violet Fire by the chelas can make a tremen­dous difference to the quality of the four lower vehicles that may be provided in the coming embodiment. Of utmost importance¾use the sacred Transmuting Flame when you work for these incarnating souls, for it will assist in lifting the quality of life for the entire planet in the coming New Age. 

If the Transmuting aspect of the Violet Flame is not invoked for the incoming lifestreams, they will have only their own use of energy upon which to depend for the formation of the vehicles in which they will embody. 

There is more love being expressed upon the Earth now than was possible during the last time when the Seventh Ray was in effect. At that time, the power aspect took precedence, creating an imbalance that must and will be overcome at this time. 

The love aspect of the Seventh Ray has been resurrected, emphasized, and again anchored in the substance of the Earth through the sacrifices made by Lord Gautama and Master Jesus, as they responded to the Heart Call of Sanat Kumara and Shamballa. However, now we are all extremely desirous of assisting Lord Gautama in the balancing of the Planetary Three-fold Flame, to assure the success of the ascension of the Earth and all her evolutions into the higher vibratory activity of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom. 

Think of the power of love all of our chelas working, giving even a small portion of their time in a rhythmic pattern for the incoming lifestreams of planet Earth. Consider the effect as all children enter the planet with healthier bodies, minds and souls every year! What a great act of love this is on your part, and what a wonderful use of the Transmuting Flame in the balancing of the Seventh Ray aspects of power and love! 

As I close for now, I ask that you enter your sacred Heart Centers and contem­plate the heights and depths of the difference you can make for the Earth, to which you have dedicated your lifestreams. Know how much you are loved!
