The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 14, Number 14 April 3, 1992
Beloved Chelas,
I greet you with my love, and tell you that your Light has expanded greatly during this past month. As well, the Flame of Hope has expanded within the hearts of all mankind, as the result of the intensified outpouring from the Foci of Hope situated around the Earth. You are aware of the Temple of Hope in the etheric realm over Hope Valley, California, in the United States. In response to the deep need for the quality of Hope in so many locations on the planet, and in answer to your calls, other focuses of Archaii Hope have been reactivated. These assist tremendously in the transmission of the Flame activity that takes place, especially during the cycles when these centers are open to the chelas.
Forcefields of the Ascended Masters and other Cosmic Beings, which are dedicated to the expansion of specific spiritual gifts, are established at many points around the Earth. These may be located either in the lower astral realms or in the higher etheric realms, dependent in great part upon the atmosphere prevalent in the area where they are needed. As you know, some foci are also located in the physical realm of the Earth itself; however, access is carefully guarded.
The size and scope of the activities of the Ascended Masters and other Beings of Light depends largely upon the support given by our chelas and other light-workers, who take embodiment to assist in this supportive effort for the Earth. They create the atmosphere in which such forcefields of Light may be established. It is through them that the needs within their areas become known to co-workers, on both the physical level and in the Octaves of Light.
The creation of an atmosphere in which a Focus of Light may be either established or reactivated is the result of a particular process. First, the sensitivity of the embodied chela or student of Light will alert him to the need in the area of the planet where he resides. Second, the student will begin to pray for help, or in the case of an awakened chela he will decree for this assistance, and begin to visualize the answer to his decree. This then alerts the Forces in the Octaves of Light who are waiting to go into action. It also creates the thoughtform into which the higher energies may be directed. Third, the chela must call upon the Law of Transmutation to clear the astral and psychic realms, thus making room for the establishment of a Focus of Light, through which the Beings who respond to his call will work.
Remember, we are not permitted to intervene in the affairs of humankind unless invited. Although you know this point of Cosmic Law, I do not believe you are sufficiently aware of the influence you bring to bear upon the welfare of the Earth through this great Spiritual network of Light.
Can you now begin to get an idea of the importance of the part you play in the scheme of healing and transformation? Do you see how much we depend upon you to make the calls and set the atmosphere? Do you see the importance of our sacred partnership? Knowing that you will ponder my instructions, remember...
