Beloved Neptune:

I have the great privilege of cradling the Earth in the Substance of My Being – a similar element which is necessary for your physical existence – a major component in which the Undines enfold the three other elements – of course, the Fire Element the very center and the highest vibration. 

Now let us consider the Undines specifically and the necessity to realize the importance of their service. Through the intake of water one quenches his thirst; an ablution which cleanses the physical garment of the dross accumulation of the day or days. One bathes in the “bodies” of water comprising a lake, the sea – an ocean (all components of the Water Element) but one does not employ this activity to excess else he places himself in jeopardy. Any over-indulgence carries the element of danger. I shall now refer specifically to your emotional vehicle which should be considered as a soothing element of Peace anointing your other garments – flowing like a gentle rain to propel your thought processes into form. When the turbulence of a storm descends on the earth substance havoc can result. When the inharmonious activity of man causes the Undines to rise in rebellion, great negative action ensues. 

I AM giving you these elementary facts in order that, in focusing your attention on the Water Element, I may gently energize your emotional vehicles with the soothing element which comprises the reservoir which I “tend” through Grace to assist man to progress on the “Emotional Sea” carrying his craft to the safety of the “other shore”; not outside himself, but deep, deep within where he can abide in the tranquil essence of controlled emotional activity – where Peace abides – all the components of his lower vehicles kneeling in adoration to the Source of All Life – flowing into that Unity where there is no separate feeling – traveling the river of his Life Pattern – blending into The One.  

I embrace you in the tranquility of My Being and all-in-all we shall carry out the Plan of Creation! Good Morning.
