Beloved Sanat Kumara

As the master musician requires continuous practice to maintain the artistry which he has acquired in the performance of an instrument of his choice…in like manner the chela who is endeavoring to reach the consciousness of Divinity must be ever alert in maintaining the harmony of his lower vehicles so they may be in tune with the accelerated vibration of The Christ.

There are two distinct states of being, or in the parlance of the outer mind, there are two distinct worlds existing parallel to and interpenetrating each other, each one as completely apart as though millions of miles of space were between…the outer world of appearance in which all outer selves dwell and the inner realm of Perfection inhabited by those whose state of consciousness has been merged with The One. The chela because he has identified himself with the physical body through the years continues to interpret these two states of consciousness more in terms of FORM than consciousness. He is mentally aware of this but after all the training that has been presented to him, the time has arrived when he must understand that it is a sustained state of harmonized energy flowing through each one’s lifestream, that energy does not “battle” discordantly qualified streams of energy, even when directed toward the individual.

The Christ Consciousness is a conscious and sustained recognition of Good – absolutely non-recordant by even a moment’s acceptance of a negative vibration. The chelas think of The Christ, in most instances, as a Being apart from themselves; they continue in the lower consciousness and expect The Christ to act independently in their affairs. The Christ can only do for an individual what It does through the individual… and while a person still maintains a state of separateness in his consciousness he delays the higher rate of vibration of Divinity from expressing through him at all times. When The Christ takes over the flesh form – as is often the case in a lecture or a crises, for a moment the outer self is raised into the strength, power and comprehension of Godliness, but like a shuttle it is only allowed spasmodic moments of residence.

We witness again and again the magnificent elevation of consciousness during the time of an Address given by a Member of the Spiritual Hierarchy, only to see after a relatively short period the outer consciousness assert itself. When the outer self uninterruptedly holds the sustained harmony over longer periods there comes a blending of the outer and Inner Self and Mastery results.

In Love Divine, I AM – THE COSMIC CHRIST
