My beloved Chelas; 

With this release, we come to the conclusion of another Volume of THE BULLETIN Messages, and I wish to take this opportunity to thank you, each dear one, for your love and acceptance of the instruction which has been presented. 

I believe you will be interested in the following...each message given is a permanent record which is kept in the Cosmic Library which my revered predecessor, beloved Holy Æolus kept in our Focus at Ceylon. 

The Volume for the Year is handwritten on a parchment Scroll and at the completion of the year it is rolled and placed on a shelf assigned for the "storage" of these Releases. 

I have unwound the Scroll and as I am speaking to you my scribe is writing this message thereon... then I shall carefully re-roll it and close it with a special tape - similar to a silken ribbon - and place it next to the previous year's Scroll. In a script, unknown to the outer world at this time, is writ the Volume Number and Year. 

Perhaps you would like to turn your attention to our Library and visualize my humble self very reverently putting this scroll in place, and with a prayer of gratitude to the Almighty, and for the chelas, for the Light which has been released through the Children on Earth who have so lovingly chosen to accept the words of the Holy Spirit.
