Beloved of the Light: 

We are in the process of training the outer consciousness of the chelas that they may consciously direct the vibratory action of their vehicles to enrich the Universal Scheme. This is why we are so insistent upon opening the conscious connection between the intellectual consciousness and the Divine Directing Intelligence or Christ Self, in order that not only the pattern and design of Perfection, but the feeling or vibratory action of the Presence might be absorbed, assimilated, and then consciously directed into the lower realm for the upliftment of all people. 

Realize that once individualization has occurred, vibration never ceases to be released from the pulsating Flame within the Heart of the Presence, as well as through the Focus of that lifestream expressed in the physical, etheric, mental and emotional vehicles. Such a lifestream becomes a permanent contributing factor to the vibratory action of all the worlds in which he has a vehicle functioning. Waking or sleeping, radiation continues to pass through the lifestream, affecting constructively or adversely the entire Planet and the human race. 

To feel that each body that you wear has an opportunity to treat the entire plane in which that body functions by setting up vibrations within those bodies, as similar to that of the Master as you can, would be to render the Spiritual Hierarchy a great service. 

Many people in the physical world can set up a vibration of a certain note or tone by playing a key on the piano and that tone is true according to the design and direction of the intellectual pressure behind the fingers. It is just as easy to send that pressure of vibration through the lower bodies as it is to play upon the physical keyboard. 

The chelas must come to a point where they can use their bodies as instruments of Harmony, which was the teaching that beloved Kuthumi brought forth in Crotona by which he raised a great number of sensitive souls to a point where they could play the vibrations of Peace, Harmony, Purity, Faith, Supply or whatever the need, through their own bodies individually and collectively and set the ethers into motion to produce according to their design.
