Beloved Ones: 

The outer self was created and has been sustained upon the Planet Earth for millions of years for a definite purpose - the translation and expansion of the Nature of the God Self through feeling conveyed. Everyone represents a Virtue or a Quality that will enrich the planetary heritage, so it is necessary for the chela to acquaint himself with the FEELING of that Quality through a conscious entrance of the outer self into the vibratory action of the Christ Self. 

If a teacher is to successfully convey instruction to a group of pupils, this teacher must first experience in the feeling nature the mastery of the subject to be presented. Those who but intellectually grasp the subject are never a success because they cannot convey the conviction, which is the power and pressure of the Feeling Nature. Enthusiastic teachers, whether of world subjects or Spiritual, whose own beings are filled with the conviction as to the efficacy of the Law, they present have a contagious effect upon their pupils, and such ones form a lasting impression for good upon the feeling bodies of those who come to them for instruction. 

The raising of the consciousness and the feeling world to one's own Christ Self with the sincere and earnest prayer and desire to experience the FEELING of the Presence, is to pass into a new Realm of activity, and once one has entered its feeling, even for an instant, it becomes the Day Star of the outer self to interpret, recreate, and expand it. 

The chelas under the instruction of the Spiritual Hierarchy are those upon whom we depend to bring the Law to the masses. You can surely realize how very important it is that each of you becomes at One with your Holy Christ Self, and having reached that Estate, mankind can be illumined through written or spoken word - and very importantly through the Radiation which flows from your Being, and that Harmony can be conviction enough that a Higher Consciousness has been attained, even though you speak not a word!
