The following Release is from Beloved Serapis Bey's Address at the Summer Conference on Long Island:

"I believe you would be interested in knowing something of my Focus in the Complex of Light over Washington, D. C....
Come with me in consciousness and we shall give you a Guided Tour... the entrance door is of handsome simplicity. It is white with panels outlined in gold - not what you would term 'gold leaf' but pure gold, a condensation of Light from Heaven's Realms.
We who have had mostly Egyptian and Grecian embodiments prefer height in our rooms, so I will tell you that each section is relatively higher than your two-storied dwellings. As the Seraphic attendant opens the door for us, we find ourselves in a beautiful foyer and in various recesses in the walls are marble statues of many Cosmic and Ascended Beings. As we turn our attention to them, we see the Light which each Being has focused in these representations begins to pulsate as we are given the benediction of their Beings.
We enter a door on the right which is automatically opened by the electronic beam of my attention and we see a pleasingly furnished room where I have a handsome desk and suitable accoutrements in order that there will be a feeling of welcome and not of austerity. Here those lifestreams on Earth, of all religious beliefs, who are consciously serving with us, the Hierarchy, and are cooperating with us to the fulfillment of God's Divine Plan, are brought into my Presence for consultation. In my absence on other cosmic service one of my lieutenants presides. However, as a Sponsor this Year, I am quite frequently in this Washington Focus or in Conference with the Beloved Gautama at Shamballa.
Here, too, I summon the chelas for special instruction - some of a disciplinary nature, and some otherwise.
We again enter the foyer and as we do so we notice there are several seats which one sees are in early Egyptian decor, with rounded end pieces but no back rests. To the left is a room of similar size to the one on the right, which is my personal domain where only those who come at my personal summons are permitted to enter. Assuredly, it is furnished in a dignified yet not in a forbidding manner. White and gold furniture is the theme but the lighting affect which permeate the room is of a delicate pink tone, for wherever I am I always radiate the Essence of Pure Divine Love.
One notices an exquisite fragrance in this room for there is a Fountain of Light at one end, and the Angels in attendance fill it daily, at my request, with the Essence I believe will be most pleasing to my guests and to myself! This is in a manner like incense, but there is no smoky substance, as you would term it, but living, fragrant 'waters of Light'!
Now, beloved ones, please do not crowd the door for entrance is given only at my invitation. We shall not go into this room. I have merely described it for your pleasure.
Did I state that the foyer was round? Well, I should have, and we shall now proceed to the section directly opposite the main entrance. Within this room is a concentrated Focus of the Ascension Flame... as the door opens you will see two Seraphic Beings and as we enter the outermost part of the room, They place a Mantle of White Light about you to protect your etheric garments - that is on the occasions when you come here in your etheric vehicle. Today you are being given a preview through the medium of your consciousness. At the end of this room, facing the entrance is what looks like a pyramid of alabaster and at the apex one can see the Ascension Flame burning. There are no chairs in this room, merely cushions upon which one may kneel for a benediction - no chela or individual unascended can remain in this room for any lengthy period of time for their vehicles could not stand the intensity of the Radiation of the Ascension Flame. This Pyramid is encircled by Golden Light with an outer rim of Blue Flame which protects the vehicles of the visitants while here."
