Beloved Chelas:
It is with great pleasure that I give you the Report of the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony from Ceylon, narrated by Beloved Serapis Bey.
"Good evening friends, while there is a musical interlude in the Transmission Flame Ceremony here at Ceylon, I take this opportunity to apprise you of some of the mighty activities which are taking place this evening. As you know, this is the Transmission of the Breath Ceremony as well as the Anniversary of the Ascension of our Holy Mother Mary... 0, that great and glorious Lady of Light, no one unascended can possibly under, stand her tremendous Love for all mankind, for all the Kingdoms, for the tiniest elemental... she truly expresses the fullness of the Love of God.
Now please turn your attention for a moment to the Flame Room at Ceylon... it is a magnificent room decorated in a beautiful shade of pink, with golden panels in the walls. No footfall is ever heard in this sacred room for it is richly carpeted. The brazier which holds the glorious Flame of Comfort, of Peace and pure Divine Love is truly exquisite... it is of ivory and carved upon its surface are tiny doves. This evening as our beloved Holy Æolus and the Maha Chohan breathed upon that Flame they presented a glorious picture. I would like to tell you something of their attire which will bring you closer to the actuality of their Beings... beloved Holy Æolus wore the garb of an Eastern Potentate. It was of white brocade, with tiny doves embossed thereon, and he wore a deep pink ruby in his turban. Standing before him was that handsome gentleman of Heaven, our beloved Paul, the Maha Chohan. He wore a ceremonial garment of the same material as that of the Beloved Cosmic Holy Spirit, but from his shoulders there was an over cape which was lined in a delicate shade of pink. As they breathed upon the Flame of Comfort, Love and Peace, it expanded and expanded and expanded and as each of the assembled members of the Spiritual Hierarchy in this Flame Room breathed of its substance, we all rose into the amphitheater over the Retreat in a 'cosmic elevator' of Light, one might say.
Tonight this amphitheater is in the shape and substance of a Diamond Heart in deference to the Holy Mother's Feast Day. It encompassed Asia and when all the Spiritual Hierarchy entered that amphitheater, it expanded and expanded until its Radiation covered the Planet.
We now pause in that ceremony for a moment as we see that all the chelas gathered here experience a feeling of anticipation as we hear the strains of the "Ave Maria" sung by the Angelic Choir and our beautiful Lady of Light, Holy Mother Mary, enters. She is wearing a garment in Grecian style of a filmy material similar to your chiffon and it has a long train with Doves embroidered all over it in scintillating Light. This evening she has her hair piled high on her head in Grecian style with a white rose as the only adornment. As she slowly approaches the altar, the Angels scatter rose petals at her feet. She is followed by the mighty Uriel. He is also attired in white, and then by the Elohim of Peace, Tranquility, in similar attire. Since they are coming for a very special ceremony, we see now that the amphitheater is filled with the Golden Light of Peace with a soft pink tinge. Beloved Maha Chohan in his gracious manner had asked beloved Mary how she would like us to honor the day on which she made her Ascension centuries ago - and she said - "Let us bring Peace to the Planet and all her evolutions."
You understand now why I asked you to be quiet for a few minutes in your Transmission Flame Class so that this Flaming Substance of Peace could flow through your beings. I would like to tell you that every Director of the Elements is here tonight and they are going to charge and charge and charge all those beings under their particular jurisdiction with the Cosmic Flame of Peace.
I do not have too much time to give you more of the activities for the simple reason that I have to be on deck, as it were, to join the this Activity of Peace - or I should say it will be my privilege to participate, but I wish to tell you that evening the Earth and all her evolutions is being bathed in the most tremendous release of the Essence of Peace that has yet come forth. Beloved Holy Æolus and Beloved Maha Chohan have asked that every evening upon retiring that you ask your gentlemen sponsor when he escorts you to the Retreat at Ceylon to make you cognizant of the Activity of Peace which is going to continue all through the twenty-four hour period of each day, that this Retreat is specifically honored - that is to say until and through September 14th, 1970. The Angels and various Beings assigned at different times throughout this period will keep this Flame of Peace and Comfort and Pure Divine Love saturating and saturating the Planet.
I have one request that I would like to make of you and that is… each day during your waking hours give five minutes of your so-called time in the Silence and ask your own "I AM" Presence to send the Flame of Peace to all life - to all the evolutions upon this Planet - and you will find, dear ones, if you will do this, at the end of the 30-day period when the Flame of Comfort, Peace and Pure Divine Love flows forth from Ceylon that you, too, will find greater Peace in all your vehicles.
