Beloved Chelas: 

There is no lifestream without Light! The emanation of the Holy Christ Self is Light, and it is this pulsating Light within that animates the lower vehicles in co-operation with the Sacred Essence of the Breath of the Almighty! 

When there is a deficiency in any lifestream which results in depletion of strength or endurance, and when more Illumination is required to express and blend the human consciousness with the Divine Will of God, that individual, or someone working on his behalf, has but to invoke more Light through the flesh and inner bodies. 

The natural activity of Light is to expand itself, for within that Light is the obedience which causes it to fulfill the demand made upon it. 

I counsel each of you to invoke this ever-present Light and qualify it with God Perfection to fill whatever requirement may be temporarily expressing. 

Light will not, and cannot, deny you anything, and it will bring to you all the Gifts and Blessings of the God Parents, but the demand must be made upon it through the invocation of a self-conscious intelligence.
