Beloved Chelas:
When any member of the Spiritual Hierarchy desires to know what is transpiring within the world of a chela, through the simple process of looking into the etheric vehicle, he is able to read the experiences of the many sojourns upon the Earth. Registered therein are the strengths and weaknesses of the present, and through the pulsations of energy set up in the past, he can evaluate what will take place in the future.
In reading the etheric records, the Ascended Master realizes that the lifestream may, at any moment, through the intercession of God-free Beings, change the course of his future, and can, in a general way, anticipate what is going to take place for mankind at large. Through eons of time, the lifestreams abiding upon the Planet have usually adhered to the early patterns which they have set up, but when through the intercession of the Cosmic Law, the Mercy of the Law allows the release of pertinent instruction and radiation to accelerate the Divine Plan for an individual, a nation, or a planet, it is through the merciful activity of the use of the Sacred Fire that thousands of lifestreams upon this Earth have accelerated their evolutionary progress. The record of their lifestreams, the etheric garment, no longer plays the same tune again and again for the individual has developed dexterity on many Rays of expression.
You will readily understand why we have counseled you time and again to purify the etheric garment, for the more sanctified that vehicle becomes, through the removal of the negative impressions of the past, the greater the scope of service of the individual. Thus the negative is replaced by the positive action of other expressions of God's Will and pulsating in that garment will be the records of the Gifts of the Causal Body as the etheric consciousness blends with and becomes the true replica of that Causal Body.
Upon reading your etheric garments this past week, I notice, with intense Gratitude, the purification which has taken place, but in the manner of any dedicated teacher, I wish to spur you on to greater purification of that vehicle.
