Beloved Chelas. 

It has been most gratifying to me to witness the attention which you have given to the Elementals, during the time when they presented their Harvest a Shamballa (October 30th through 31st)! 

Consider the balance which mankind must make to the Elemental Kingdom for their service through eons of time to the human kingdom who is using and who have used this Planet as their schoolroom of evolutions. 

Mankind, generally, give little attention or consideration to the Beings of the Elements and the blessed Gnomes, Undines, Sylphs and Salamanders, without whose Service to Life there would not be a Planet Earth (man walks upon the Earth, drinks of the water element, breathes the air and is sustained by the fire element). You, blessed children, are aware of the many and sundry services which the Elemental Kingdom renders to you, individually, and to all Life abiding upon the Planet. And, at this time of year when the Flame of Gratitude or Thanksgiving comes to the fore in the Western Hemisphere, it is opportune that you consider the Service of this Kingdom and the magnificent beneficent Radiation which can be accelerated by that Kingdom. Conversely, they re-act in a negative and destructive manner by reason of the effluvia which mankind has imposed upon them. 

I counsel you, dear ones, to decide to daily send your love to the Elemental Kingdom and as they embark on another year of Service, this will have a great bearing on their actions. This requires but a moment of your time, and those who will further cooperate with this Kingdom in calling for the Transmutation of the imperfection which has been inflicted upon them, will find that the atmospheric conditions, as well as other elemental expressions, will outpicture in greater harmony. And you, individually, will notice greater peace in your own vehicles as the elements which make up your, lower radiating centers realize that at long last you are cognizant of their service and are desirous of helping to restore them to the Perfection which they once knew. 

Cooperative service with the Elemental Kingdom will bring you blessings beyond your present comprehension and I, serving always with them, shall expand the Flame of Gratitude to all Life, for Unity of Purpose in the outpicturing of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth is that for which we all strive.
