You are now privileged to consciously enter the Retreat of Beloved Victory over the British Isles. 

VICTORY - what an upsurge of Radiation that brings to one’s feelings. Of course Victory is synonymous with accomplishment of a specific purpose, and when that activity is associated with man's evolution, his progress in the Light, there certainly is great cause for rejoicing! 

The vibratory action of the Quality of Victory is akin to that of the Ascension, both bringing powerful, buoyant, up surging energy to assist the traveler upon the Path, as well as great happiness to those who have overcome all the obstacles on the lower planes and enjoy the privilege of fulfilling the Plan of the Cosmos without the encumbrance of human interference. 

Wise is the chela who endeavors, with great determination, to set aside all negative thoughts and actions and permits the vibratory action of the Flame of Victory to flow through his vehicles. I counsel you to assiduously use the Violet Fire of Transmutation during the time when the Flame of Victorious Accomplishment is specifically active (October 15th through November 14, 1966) and as this purifying action is taking place, invite and invoke the Flame of victorious accomplishment to flow through your vehicles and bring you closer and closer to your goal of Mastery over human appearances. Truly will you then be able to abide on the physical plane, but be not of it. 

We shall all rejoice when you come the following month to Shamballa with a Harvest of Light, worthy of the chelas under our direction. A mighty opportunity is yours! GRASP it, and you shall find the fruits of the harvest of your year, oh so sweet!
