Beloved of the Light: 

Come with me in projected consciousness to the Retreat of Victorious Accomplishment, and I shall be happy to relate some of the Ceremony which took place at the Transmission of the Flame on the 15th of the month. 

As you have been apprised, the architectural conformation of this Retreat is similar to a Three-leaf clover, symbolizing the Triple Activity of the Godhead. We are now standing in the amphitheater above the actual Temple. 

The three surrounding Temples which form the protection of the Central Focus of the Flame are blazing Light in the colors of the Three-fold Flame Pink, Gold and Blue. These colors are actually the emanation or release of the Light from the Beings who are occupying these sections. (You will note "I AM" speaking in the present tense, as "I AM" privileged to view the record of that which transpired at the actual ceremony). 

The Release of Light is tremendous and there seems to be no demarcation of color, and one cannot detect the separation of the three Temples. They are not Temples as you would designate them in the physical appearance world, but merely separations of Light. There is no wall, as such, between the Three Light Focuses. As a synonym, the glorious Victorious Three-fold Flame in your heart has the distinct activities of Love, Wisdom and Power, yet they all issue and form one Focus. There is a large circular corridor around the entire Focus, and a similar corridor surrounding the Inner Flame Room, wherein is focused the Flame itself. When I give the designation of 'room' I do not indicate that there is an enclosure of solid walls, as you are apt to accept, since that is the concept in the outer world. There are actually Three Focuses of Light surrounding the circular Flame section. 

The altar itself is circular and is composed of a white marble-like substance, in a fluted column, upon which rests the brazier holding the Flame. As the vibrant strains of "Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow" swell from the organ and resound throughout, Beloved Victory ascends the steps of the altar, and as he breathes upon the Flame, it encompasses his Being and the entire platform supporting the altar, then all assembled accept the Rhythm of the Flame on the inbreath, absorb it, expand and project it forth on its journey around the Earth. 

As a keenly interested participant and observer in the Breathing Activity, following the initial expanded pulsation at the Retreat, I watched with loving Gratitude as each Group and chela accepted and activated this magnificent Flame on Its journey round the Planet.

When Beloved Victory had completed his service of the expansion of the Flame, he descended the steps, where he was joined by his Divine Complement, Lady Rowena and my humble self, and at his request, we proceeded through the corridors to further bless the assembled chelas. Due to the time variation throughout the Earth, this Activity of the Flame continued through the twenty-four hour period of the initial pulsation by which all the peoples of the Planet Earth were blessed. 

I believe the chelas would like to know that Beloved Victory was attired in a magnificent white robe, banded at the throat, sleeves and hem with a shimmering golden substance. His Beloved wore a similar garment, in Grecian design. Truly are they glorious Representatives of the Father in his perfected kingdom. 

I trust this little recitation of the activities will please my chelas. Ordinarily my role is not that of a commentator, but "I AM" so encouraged about the acceptance of the Flame of Victorious Accomplishment that I wished to relate a portion of the ceremony for you.
