Beloved Children of Light:
In your application of the Spiritual Law which governs all life, I wish to direct your attention to the Beings of the Elements, and the members of their Kingdom, the blessed gnomes, undines, sylphs and salamanders.
The aspiring chela often neglects to give consideration and gratitude to these elementals, without whom there could be no Planet, and personally, the chela is prone to forget that his body is composed of elemental substance. You realize that one element alone, water, forms the greater part of the Planet Earth, as it does your vehicles. It provides the elemental substance of your emotional vehicles, refreshment for the physical vehicle, and a cleansing agent inner and outer.
The substance of water, in cooperation with the other three, provides every harvest, some of which places at your disposal the nourishment which is presently required for the sustenance and well-being of your physical vehicle. The water element within the emotional vehicle gives you the capacity to feel. I do not, of course, refer to the sense of touch, but to the powerful sensitivity to radiation of all kinds.
It is my privilege to bring this particular element to your attention, for the development of the feeling nature is specifically a Service of the Holy Spirit, and the proper development and balance, through conscious purification and God control, are a requisite for the advancement of the chela on the Pathway of Light.
You all know the above facts intellectually, but it is a requirement that must be accepted in the emotional vehicles, and then indelibly imprinted on the three other lower vehicles. I counsel you to show your gratitude for the elementals, to cooperate with, and decree for them, and in so doing you will not only benefit thereby but you will assist them to enlarge their Spiritual Harvest which they are required to present at Shamballa on October 31st.
I also suggest that until such time as the emotional vehicle is so developed that the "I AM" Presence is allowed to function through that medium at all times, that you invoke the Beloved and Powerful Neptune to give you assistance, and I shall, of course, give you mine.
