Dear Friends of Light: 

Every time you turn your attention to your own "I AM" Presence or to any of the Ascended Masters, the return current of their Love and Light increases the size of the chela's cup. 

When the Ascended Beings come into the atmosphere of Earth for the purpose of sharing their Consciousness with the unascended beings, they bring their Light, Mastery, Experience and Radiation and pour these forth unreservedly in an effort to raise and bless, the chelas who are cognizant of their Presence. Before a visitation by the Great Ones, they study the overall consciousness of the chelas, in order that the substance which they bring does not tax the Cup, or the receiver. 

As an example, when one tells a story to a child, that story remains part of his consciousness, and through the memory process it can be re-lived at will. However, the wise parent or teacher does not tell a child a tale beyond its comprehension thus avoiding strain upon the inner vehicles. The same is true with the Spiritual Hierarchy. We release to the chelas that instruction which we feel the chelas can best absorb and use at a specific time, it, of course, remaining a part of the consciousness of the student to be re-animated at any time for the benefaction of the individual or all the evolutions of this Earth. 

So you see we do not just come week after week, or month after month, bringing you Words of Wisdom at random, but only after a careful scrutiny of the requirement of the hour, and the chela's ability to put the instruction into action. 

Thank you for your cooperation, which is most gratifying for we are held accountable to those Higher on the Ladder of Evolution for our dispensation of God-Energy.
