Beloved of My Heart:
When an individual engages in a world-wide service that will affect great masses of people, such a one is put through a strenuous period of self-training, in which the weaknesses and defects of the inner bodies are brought to the attention of the personal self, that they might be strengthened, purified and prepared for the far greater pressure that such world service will later present to be handled through the conscious control of the individual.
I can say that the service at present is but like the 'rookies training ground' for the tomorrow, and until the chelas have learned to govern energy in an impersonal manner, completely by the drawing and focusing of the Light-Rays, we cannot assign the specialized world service to all our chelas, for it would not be safe for them to engage in this expanded service, for when you contact masses of energy you must have the momentum of impersonal control to facilitate a balanced and progressive unfoldment of the Master Plan.
You are being given this instruction in the midst of the chaos of human emotion, which you will find anywhere on the surface of the globe where even one individual is present. Permit me to encourage you, however, when I say that you will have almost miraculous results when you choose to apply the Spiritual Law impersonally and powerfully, bat when your efforts are spasmodic and during interims you return to acknowledgment of the imperfections manifesting, you but delay the progress of your invisible teaching. There is always a brother or sister from the Hierarchy on hand to give assistance any time such a condition arises which requires the calm, silent, masterful control of energy through the drawing of the Light-Rays, under the Law of Love.
When you have learned the control of your energy, the gates of a New World and a new experience that would make your outer mind gasp will lie before you.
Rejoice in this opportunity and in this special instruction provided for that hour. Remember two things: first, you are in the process of learning the control of your energy through the transmutation of all vibratory action by Divine Love called forth from your Presence and the Ascended Masters, and second... you must refuse to accept, revolve, discuss or contemplate the appearance, which is but the problem presented in order to strengthen your unfoldment.
