Beloved Chelas:  

When an individual talks to another person, the energy released from the individual flows into the inner bodies of the person to whom they talk, and the other person either enters into the vibratory action of the one giving the conversation and his inner bodies take up that vibration or, if the other individual is strongly charged with the vibratory action of his own opinions in a positive manner, he can deflect the energy pouring toward him and, in turn, change the course of energy being emitted from the speaker. Thus people have either a greater or a lesser effect upon the other, depending upon the intensity of the release of energy that each individual has developed through the centuries. 

For instance, the amount of energy passing through every lifestream differs; some individuals of a very placid or lethargic nature draw very little energy from the I AM Presence, and the vibratory action of their bodies, although it may be very peaceful and harmonious, carries very little pressure or force. Another individual who has lived strenuously for centuries draws a tremendous pressure of energy which highly charges his inner bodies and this energy rushes into everything that he says or does with a much greater momentum of voltage behind it than his more placid brother. Thus people are constantly influenced to a greater or lesser degree, according to whose energy has the greatest voltage and pressure at a given moment, and usually the strongest and more intense individual forms the predominant pattern for a group of less energetic lifestreams who, consciously or unconsciously, follow that pattern. 

This is very important for a speaker or an individual to understand who deals with the public, because the energy pattern of the instructor or speaker must meet and dominate the combined energy pattern of the assembled group, lest he be swept under by their conscious or unconscious thought or feeling. The group leader or chela giving forth the instruction is held within a focus of one or more Ascended Beings, whose energy flows through his energy pattern and keeps predominant the Truth to be presented against the wall of thought and feeling forces into which he is directing the instruction.

But in the daily life of the chela, ofttimes he or she is in a position where either through depletion of the physical organism or the inexcusable lack of application, the energy flow is weak and when such an one moves into a highly charged atmosphere of individuals immersed in human thought and feeling, unconsciously the energy pattern of his inner bodies is influenced by these predominate concepts and then when he comes again to his application he finds himself depressed and does not know that he has been bombarded by these human thought forces. Therefore, the individual on the Spiritual Path would be wise to constantly enfold all his vehicles in the Cosmic Vibratory Action of the Luminous Presence of one or more Ascended Beings to keep repelled any foreign influence which might change the polarity of his own thought and feeling forms, and in such a case make tremendous application to regain his previous estate.
